I had a great stay at this property. I booked the 1 bedroom jungle view apartment. It had a large wrap around balcony with tons of natural light. The rooftop pool provided a good view and the jungle pool was a nice break from the sun. Both restaurants on site were very tasty. HIGHLY recommend the omakase at Kokoro! The cenote right behind the hotel is a wonderful place to relax as well. Very centrally located between the beaches and the town center. Overall a great hotel and I will certainly book again the next time I travel to Tulum!

I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel. The staff were amazing and so helpful especially Max.
The rooms were clean and the pool was so nice. Overall, I really recommend this hotel :)

Very beautiful environment inside the hotel. Staff super friendly and helpful. They have 2 pools, on inside of the first floor and another on top. Both arent big but nice. Rooms are big with all kitchen tools, so can cook your own food. Beds are comfortable. Downside that hotel is in the city and not in the hotel zona on beach. There are 2 restorants. Both at same place. On first floor breakfast and lunch/diner place. We had breakfast which was great and tasty. Meniu is not big but preapared perfectly. Lunch/dinner as well super tasty and portions are big. Staff super friendly! Special thanks to David! We have not been in second restaurant - Japanese, but i would say it should be delicious as well!

pretty room designs but lacks cleanliness - dirty sheets, bad smell from the sink. Staff lost our sleeping max while changing the sheets
