Hotel Kin Tulum Jungle Deluxe

I like the jungle resort feel to the property. Room was very spacious and nicely decorated. Staff was very kind and would try to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Wanted to read so they changed the club music to instrumental. Very considerate.

The very loud club music early in the morning. That was not necessary.

The staff was the greatest: Rene took care of me with bicycle, motorcycle and tour planning and Jose Luis (the owner) even gave me a ride to the bus station when I was ready to leave. Overall: above and beyond

As with most locations here there were mosquitos and there was a little highway noise but not excessive.

The bungalows were cute and surrounded by jungle plants which was nice to wake up to. The pool although quite chilly was always clean and welcoming, and my daughter loved it! The staff was so kind and friendly, especially José Luis who was extremely helpful when we needed anything, and so sweet with my daughter. She did not want to leave Tulum because of him! The property was very close to a few of the popular cenotes, which was great!

The location was slightly farther from Tulum Centro than we had thought, it was not a walkable distance to many places and we had to rent a car. The music is quite loud in the pool/main area during the day. I enjoyed the music but I think it could be turned down so that you can easily chat by the pool without yelling.

Nice “villa” concept.
