CAMP AKUMAL - Hosted Family Bungalows

El entorno es precioso, en la selva, rodeado de naturaleza y tranquilidad. Las habitaciones eran muy cómodas y estaban muy limpias, hay dos piscinas muy cuidadas también. Pero sin duda, lo mejor del alojamiento es John. Encantador, nos atendió rápido en todo momento. Cuida de todos los detalles, por mínimo que parezcan, hace una estancia muy cómoda y amigable. Hicimos una ruta por México y, sin duda, ha sido nuestro mejor destino.

This place is a little bit outside the center of Akumal, but that’s exactly what makes it so special. It feels like a hidden jungle escape, very peaceful and full of charm. The room is spacious and well equipped, with a kitchen that has everything you need and a good-sized bathroom. There’s parking available, dogs are welcome, and the property itself is beautiful, with two pools and a really relaxing atmosphere. But what truly makes this place stand out is the owners, they are incredibly kind and welcoming! I stayed four nights and honestly didn’t want to leave. I would 100% recommend this place.

A lovely experience, personalized to us. Very helpful with recommendations and suggestions. We loved it being their guest at Camp Akumal. The room was very clean and hospitable.

The location was a little hard to find which is also nice in the way it preserves nature. The area doesn't offer that much access to beaches without paying. By using their advice we navigated okay, but it is still at least $30 to access a beach, this is not something I'm used to.
