We got our money back from booking.com!

I am disabled and requested an accessible room. In the event they gave us a cottage with the bedroom located up a tricky set of stairs. No other room was available so we had to refuse and request a refund before even checking in. It completely upset the remaining three days of our trip as we had to scramble to find alternative accommodation during a busy and expensive weekend. We got our money back but ended up after to pay more for last minute accommodation.

AMAZING!

The hotel is absolutely perfect! Looks amazing, the rooms are super cute and comfortable, the pool area is calming and sunny, the breakfast was hands down one of the best I have ever had in a small hotel and the food in the restaurant deserves 5 stars! The staff always friendly and smiley, we felt comfortable and taken cared of, everything was even better than we expected, we will come back again!

The breakfast could have been better - better labelling, slightly nicer ingredients like juices, ordering eggs instead of them sitting on the buffet cold. There could have been more/more up to date guidance on what to do in the local area. The tea and coffee offer in the rooms was a bit cheap (instant coffee)

Amazing breakfast & pool in a beautiful stone house

Amazing setting and a 10-star breakfast buffet! Looks even better in person than in the photos. We stayed 3 nights and ended up having dinner there every night as we loved their wines and the food was yummy. Great pool too. A big thank you to Miloč and Sasha for being such welcoming host. The location was super convenient. Close to the main sites but also far enough so you could completely relax.

A real coffee machine would be a nice plus. There was only one sad flat pillow per person. Not enough IMO at this price point.

Beautiful relaxing stay in the heart of Istria

Very tastefully decorated rooms and excellent pool area. Food for dinner was good and the breakfast was excellent! The staff were all lovely and very attentive. We rarely relax and unwind on holiday but this was the perfect spot to enjoy a few hours by the pool. Excellent location for exploring Istria

Very friendly staff. Modern, spacious and beautiful rooms, right next to the swimming pool. Private seating area. Delicious breakfast. The wines produced by the winery are very good.

There's only a thin glass wall between the room and the bathroom. Relation with neighbouring property is a bit awkward.

The place was beautifully renovated with a gorgeous pool. The restaurant food and wine was superb. The mini fridge was very useful too! Parking available on site. quiet location near a very cute town called Bale. Food is very good value at the Hotel.

The staff were mostly very friendly and helpful but we had the odd moment here and there where we were made to feel slightly wrong footed. we also had an issue with the window shutter banging shut that didn’t seem to worry the person I mentioned it to even though it bothered me. Basically be super clear if you want or need anything as it can get lost in translation.

Fantastic stay at a wine chateau

The staff, the location of the winery, the excellent breakfast and the delicious coffee made our stay unforgettable. The room was nicely decorated and the bed was comfy.

The drain of the shower caused some problems. No shampoo nor conditioner were available but the availability of showergel&body lotion of Rituals were great.

Peaceful vineyard in a fabulous location

Very good breakfast, lovely homemade jams, fantastic cheese, ham, fruit - good variety. Gluten free bread available, but like everywhere in Croatia, tasted like cardboard (bring your own) We were double booked for our first night and were rebooked into La Grisa in Bale. Stunning historical Hotel with lots of charm and an amazing restaurant, also highly recommended. An exceptional experience we wouldn‘t have had and thoroughly enjoyed! Upgraded into a room by the pool at San Tomasso which was truly fabulous. Lovely to relax on our terraced the pool.

Dinner was good, but pricey. Wines were complex and very good and it was fantastic to try different wines with our meal. Didn‘t find one that was exactly perfect for my taste though.

Beautiful place to relax

We were the first guests of the season. The property is gorgeous. Our room was nice with beautiful finish touches and softest towels I have ever had in the hotel. Staff was nice, helpful and friendly. We have even got a selection of Istrian specialties and gin to try from the owner. Breakfast was amazing. Very good place to relax, enjoy, visit Istria and have a good time. I will come again.
