It was a secluded, cozy, quaint place with a scenic atmosphere.
The site says that smoking is forbidden in the room, but our room smelled like an ashtray.
It was obvious that the staff tried to hide the smell with some kind of flavor sprayed on the curtains, but it made it even worse.

The grounds and pool are beautiful. Great location in Istria. Bale is a cute town.
We were without toilet paper the entire stay, even after asking multiple times for new rolls. Organisation not a strong point at this lovely villa. Not even a commercial gesture to apologize. 😢
