All the facilities and great staff but huge and very busy complex

It had all the facilities you could want from a hotel. Staff were generally extremely friendly and attentive. Restaurants served lovely food. Our apartment had everything you needed.

It was very busy and parking was impossible when we arrived. To access the facilities (e.g. shop) you needed to be prepared to walk 10 mins. Signage wasn't great so also didn't help when you initially got your bearings. Things like the aquarium had the longest queues I've ever seen and put us off going.

Nice location and stay

The second-floor, first-line sea view apartment with a balcony was really great. It was also very close to the beach (don’t forget your water shoes!). The bedroom was spacious and comfortable. We really enjoyed the resort’s grounds, with the opportunity to take a walk when going to the pool, restaurants, shops, or reception.

The bad smell in the apartment did not match the overall nice condition of the place. Unfortunately, it did not disappear even after keeping the windows open all the time.

Divine place for holiday

The location of the apartment is phenomenal, with a beautiful view of the sea from the spacious balcony. Exceptionally equipped, with a very comfortable bed and linen. You have Internet in the entire complex, lots of pine trees with the sound of crickets and birds, for relaxation, and lots of paths and access to beaches provide the opportunity to enjoy.

Magical, must stay

Everthing was magical

Honestly there were zero Improvements. It’s like an apartment feel With hotel service! Only one small build would be that I am dairy intolerant and it was hard to get food and drink options in some of the restaurants, but not the end of the world and I was always fed! Honestly beautiful location

Fabulous

The location was wonderful, the Seaview room was so peaceful whilst we were in it and the facilities around about were excellent. 2 euro bus ride into Pula took around 10/15 minutes - right to the arena. The restaurants by the sea were exceptional.

The access to the accommodation was flooded after some rain shortly before our arrival. It dried up during our stay but the access needs looking at for the future.

Magical view, perfect experience, very romantic!

Exceptionnal view! Beautiful beaches! It's a very romantic place. The staff was really nice! A lot of activities to do in the resort such as tennis, ping pong, golf and mini-golf. The aquarium museum was great too.

I loved everything! Just be careful because of some scams in front of the entrance of the resort!

Not bad. Could be better.

Great location. The pine forest around is really cool. The complex is big with various beaches around. Gets really crowded in summer but if you’re fine with more rocky beaches then you’ll find a spot.

Room was not perfectly clean. Lots of mosquito stains on the walls. Food is not tasty at all in the places around and really overpriced what it is.

Exceptional

Absolutely everything! Room is spacious, clean, new. We stayed in Petra apartments which is near Hawaii beach and it was perfect location. Beaches in the resort are wonderful. Sea is crystal clear, pine trees are everywhere, I could sit the whole day and just breath that air. The most beautiful sea in the world!

Excellent views of the sea, apartment beautiful, fresh towels daily and room cleaned daily , close to the beach.

shower room was small and was wet due to the shower head being so large , Kitchen was difficult to cook in not enough counter space as most of it was covered with a electric hob that took some time to cool down

Wonderful surrounding, view to the see, big nice park, gratis big pools with see water, excellent breakfast, helpful staff at the reception and everywhere in the property. The boss at the reception solves every problem, fulfills all the queries of the guests. One feels, that everything is for his or her pleasure here.

We arrived late at night, it was not so easy to find our room in the huge park. Some guide tables could be useful with the names of the houses (f.eks. showing the name, distance and the direction to the house in every crossroad. That's a pity that the the pools are not heated at all- could make the holiday season longer.

we really enjoyed our stay and are planning to go back there next year again

the villa was right to several beaches, easy access to the sea

the sea water swimming pool is located in the apartment areas which is quite far for us to reach there every day( we stayed in the villa, behind the park plaza hotel) Also, on arrival, we had to wait for 30 mins for the golf car to take us to the villa. when we reached to our villa it was closed to the mid night.

It was beautiful, wish our stay was longer!

We stayed right by the beach & the view was beautiful

Because we were right on the beach, it was a very long walk to reception. We were only in town a few days, but did an excursion one day and had to meet early in the morning to leave so we just had to plan leaving the apartment even earlier just to get down to the entrance. we also stayed in an apartment with 3 people and it was pretty tight. I would recommend only 2 people for a king room if you like having more space in your room.

-Nice modern furnished apartment -very nice location near the beach -very good beds -staff is friendly and in general helpful -the staff responsible for the Tennis activities is very nice and very helpful

-too small for 4 people -the kitchen could be better furnished -the cleaning team should have cleaned the apartment daily however in our 10 days staying it was cleaned once -we were too far away from the facilities available like pool, nicer sea access, sport activities, shops, food stores etc. -the infrastructure on our side of the resort is not sufficient (only for the hotel guests or para hotel guests) -each activity we wanted to use one has to pay; sun beds, Table Tennis, pool facilities etc. -car parking is a mess -Tennis courts are beside 2-3 courts of the -16- courts in bad shape

Beautiful Beaches, great place

Really, really impressed with this resort. Everything from the stunning beaches, crystal clear water, super helpful staff, the views were stunning, the apartment was spotless and really comfortable. I dont think I've ever given a 10 on booking before, but this deserves it. My wife wants to go back next year

If I'm being super picky, and I'll qualify this with the fact I've given it a 10, the nightlife could have been better (maybe a bar that stays open later than 12) and the supermarket could have had a little more variety (fresh cook bread was amazing but no meats other than hams), but neither detract from what is, an amazing resort

Relaxing calm vacation under pine trees

Renovated, clean and modern apartment with 2 rooms and big terrace with partially sea view situated in pine wood very close to Hawaii Beach and near by Umbrella Beach. Rooms were very small, but for 2 persons ok. The air conditioning and wi-fi worked well. The equiped terrace was perfect for breakfest and evening wine. Lunch and dinners were great in a neighboring hotel PARK PLAZA ARENA. Sea food and coctails there were delicious! Location was very calm, green, no night life, no shopping, no crowded beaches and restaurants (June). The sea was clean. Relaxing vacation.

A wardrobe and the possibility to hang clothes and towels were missing. Two TVs were unnecessary. The coffee maker was for capsules, which we didn't have, so it was also useless. The big swimming pools with sea view was too far from our apartment, so we did not use it. It was difficult to find the reception on arrival. It is too far from the apartments and the navigation is confusing. Parking near the apartment was not possible. We carried the heavy suitcases quite far over the hilly terrain. The hotel blocked the ammount on my credit card about 3 weeks after I paid. They released the amount only after my urgency. They put the blame on the my bank, but the hotel must give the instructions to unblock the ammount on the card. It certainly wasn't the bank's fault. The amount on the credit card should have been unblocked by the hotel immediately after paying the price for the stay, which did not happen.
