It’s not worth the price!

The Resort is very nice. But to be able to get a place on the beach or in the pool you have to wake up early in the morning and stand on the lines ( sometimes 30 minutes ) if not, forget about it. You will never catch a place. With the parking as well, if you catch a parking spot , try not to move your car.

When we first received the Rooms I was in shock. Never expected that it will be located in a kind of an old , densely packed apartment building with slightly renovated interiors, smells bad from all the cooking and extremely dirty!!! We were located on the second floor. No Elevator and very noisy. The cleaners not really cleaning and even when I ask them they were not willing.

Relaxed in Pula

Relaxed environment with lots of nearby places to sit on the coast or walk around. Apartment was a great size, well maintained and comfortable with a nice balcony.

Woken by music from restaurant at 0630hrs below balcony-took 2 days for management to get it tuned down/off until restaurant opened for breakfast at 0800hrs. But at least they did something about it - only negative to say.

A tourist resort with access to a beautiful strip of coast.

I have nothing to compare this to as I’ve never been to a resort before and perhaps didn’t realise quite what I’d booked. Once I got over this I appreciated the benefits of having a great pool area, beach areas and all the facilities close at hand. It was nice to have the room cleaned daily and towels/bedding changed as needed. The Verudela peninsula is a beautiful coastline, there is a tension between tourist and environment but the balance is ok. It was very easy to catch a bus to Pula which is a great town, particularly the old town.

Our apartment was a little smaller than we’re used to, to sleep 4 the sofa bed is used limiting seating to the kitchen/dining area, so it was nice to have a balcony too. The pool area was vey busy but we planned our days to visit late afternoon and always got loungers. The shop was quite expensive and the restaurants whilst pretty nice and with great staff were all quite similar.

Great choice for one-bedroom apartment close to the beach and not far from the Pula Old Town.

The location was great - close to the beaches with lots of facilities (tennis, swimming pool, pickleball, padel ball etc.). Not too far from the old town (15 min car) where there are many good tourist sights, shops and restaurants. The one-bedroom apartment was well equipped and comfortable. There was a supermarket in the compound which was very convenient. There was a nice restaurant, a coffee shop and several gift shops too.

Shower took very long to get warm water; another bathroom had a bit of flooding problem. Also it was a bit expensive.

Not worth the money, wouldn’t recommend

Location is good, sea surrounds the resort. Parking lot is huge and free.

Apartments need renovation, the condition is poor, the bed were two prison style metal frames pushed together. AC was working great but there wasn’t remote control to control temperature, which was pretty limited - 18degrees inside. Worth mentioning that apartment buildings have no elevators, so you drag your suitcases up to the second floor by yourself, no help from staff. Place has resort like vibes, but only 2 pools available for who knows how many people. If you want to get a sunbed next to the pool you have to wait in the line before they open at 9am and no reservations are possible. Only hotel guests get pool towels for their pool. When you decide to go to the beach, they have resort sunbeds but it’s a paid service- 20€/day. Breakfast is 18€/person and not worth the money, same goes for dinners which are buffet 32€/person. Hotel restaurant is located next to the specialty coffee place, they share the entrance, which is pretty confusing when you are trying to find it on your first day. Restaurants and groceries are overpriced.

Excellent location and poolside area in a lovely setting by the sea.

Everything about the place was fantastic. The pool area was exceptional.

Noise at night from the open balconies of people talking and playing music until late. It echoed along the apartment walkways between the buildings and was very annoying. I had to call the reception at gone midnight and they sent security.

The studio is small but has everything you need. The studio on the ground floor has a large terrace. There is a smaller balcony on the upper floors

Can see the potential of the apartment as the view was amazing we just didn't have the best weather to utilise it's best features like the pool

Appreciate now our visit in May was out of season but basics like the shop should be open longer as 3pm is not good when you arrive at 5. There should be a way to buy basics without a bus ride or 30 mins walk. It would have been nice to have an evening meal at the Yacht but that closed at 6. There isn't lots around if bad weather so a car really helps

Perfect location for swimming and walking. Everything you need for everyday life is in just two steps. Breakfast (additional fee 8 Euro p.p.) is exceptional and highly recommended.

Everything is simply perfect - possible to stay with a dog, enough activities for children of all ages, exceptional breakfest. The only crytical remark is bellow.

A minor thing to improve - WCs nearby beaches. They happened to be abnsent! Absence of WCs at the beaches or nearby was not a big problem for us as our room was not far away, but is a question of overall cleanningness and hygiene - even if the beach is declared to be private, a lot of local people come. This situation does not quite correspond to the high level of the hotel complex. The toilets should simply be available everywhere nearby swimming areas.

Beautiful location and lovely food

Had two bed apartment and was great size for 4 of us. Lots of choices for food and all the food was amazing. Beaches were great, take swim shoes definitely needed! .

We didnt like the salt water pools, normally like a break from sea salt in the pool but didnt spoil the holiday!

Short family vacation

Breakfast was amazing, the beaches and the pool area are also great, shops & restaurants offer a great variety. Staff members were super helpful and kind. Absolutely dog friendly property with a fantastic dog beach.

I found the kitchen/ living room area to be quite poorly furnished / decorated, the couch was quite shabby and would have been nice to have pillows on the sunbeds.

Very comfortable and enjoyable stay

The room was spacious and the beds were nice and soft. The swimming pool was very nice and the beach was also close by. There was a nice restaurant closeby within the resort. And also a small supermarket. You also get help with your luggage when you arrive which is very nice. The whole resort was very nice and there was a great ice scream shop there also.

Our balcony wasn’t really clean. there was a lot of bird poop. I would have expected that that would at least been cleaned during our stay but unfortunately that didn’t happen. We found the price too be too high for what you get back. The pictures show that everything looks very new but in real life you can see it’s outdated. I guess because of the COVID situation the last 2 years that they didn’t have the money for it. Also there was no lift. That is really challenging with a stroller and luggage.

Croatia is beautiful

The coastline is beautiful and the sea is amazing.

One member of staff at the pool was very annoying, kept telling children that they weren't allowed to jump into the pool (even though parts were very deep), but would not say it to certain adults. Found that the resort lacked restaurants, the pool restaurant closed at 20:00pm, leaving just the hotel & the yacht bar. The apartments facilities for cooking were poor, just a hob & microwave, but the local supermarket didn't sell meat, so very limited on what you could cook, so we ended up paying for breakfast & dinner. The apartment was dirty & looked tired, not impressed. The resort was nice but not everything was fully open until the 06/06/22, when we just had 2 days left, this wasn't mentioned on the website. Children got bored.
