The hotel is elegant, nicely decorated. We had a delicious buffet breakfast. Room was clean and beautiful with everything you might need during your stay. Staff really kind and helpfull. Loved the spa zone, everything is clean and well mantained.

A brilliant experience and would highly recommend.

Food was excellent. Outdoor pool even in October was magical and so was the spa. I have travelled the world and this was one of the best hotels I have stayed in. The staff were amazing and so helpful.

Nothing. The only thing that was disappointing was the weather but we visited at the end of October and the sun shone on our last day!

Exterior architecture and interior design, great kingsize bed, outstanding outdoor pool (60m long), easy see access, great breakfast and bar, super friendly and competent stuff.

Great location for beach stay

Clean spacious room, Seaview room had great views, buffet breakfast & dinner had many different choices of food

Shampoo was not provided in room, bed was too close to wardrobe so was unable to open drawers to use on one side

Great location, peace, very good food, very friendly stuff. Nice hotel with harmony. Beach and pool are super.

Rooms are a bit small, we paid for panoramic view and get the side view (not so mich panoramic).

A wonderful hotel with amazing staff. Would have scored a 10 but for the few points mentioned above.

Beautiful chic hotel with direct access to the clear waters of the Adriatic. The hotel is beautifully decorated and appointed, the rooms are wonderful and the beds are amazing. Choice of pillow menu. There is a 1.4m depth infinity pool with amazing views of the sea. There are limited loungers and cabanas in the shade around the pool, and many people just leave their towels on the beds all day. A pool attendant would help rectify this situation and the hotel should tighten up their beach towel token scheme. The terraced sun bed area below the pool has direct access to the sea. Like all areas in Istria, the beach is pebbled and access to the water is via ladders so not suitable for poor swimmers. The water can be choppy at times but is clear and refreshing. We also found some non resident guests were using the loungers around this area further restricting guest access. The pool cafe food was delicious but a few more options would be good. The evening buffet was a little disappointing for our taste, but the ambience and setting made up for this somewhat. Sundowners on the terrace was a magical experience aided by the exceptional bar staff. Very good wine list and ample cocktail choices. The spa and indoor pool were wonderfully relaxing and the massages were great. From start to finish the staff were exceptional and do their very best to help and please you. Everyone is smiling, courteous and very friendly.

Minor points as mentioned above -no pool attendant, non resident guests accessing hotel loungers and greater choice in evening buffet.

A beautiful hotel, but the festival made for noisy and unpleasant nights due to disruptive and sometimes intimidating gu

"The bed was exceptionally comfortable, the room was elegantly designed, and the beach was absolutely stunning."

"We were disappointed to find that a festival was held over the weekend, about which we had not been informed. The behavior of some festival guests was unacceptable — for example, we were unable to sleep at night due to loud noise in the hallways. They also behaved inappropriately in the sauna and the relaxation room, and at times their attitude was even intimidating."

A very pleasant stay

Restaurant was very good for breakfast and dinner. The bar menu was very limited for vegetarian/Vegan

The fitness room is very important to me and is an essential 'tick box' when considering a hotel. The fitness facilities were a little disappointing. The equiptment was very good but just not enough. A rowing machine and a couple more pieces of equipment would be appreciated.

Wonderful vacation

Nice and spacious rooms—our baby could crawl around and had plenty of space to play. The staff were very friendly, and if requested, they would prepare food for our baby. The indoor pool temperature was perfect, and we were alone there most days. We are coming back for sure!

There isn’t much stroller-friendly area outside the hotel, but we had a carrier and could still enjoy the surroundings.

This property is world class. Wonderful design and comfortable set up of all the various spaces for guest to use. The rooms are beautiful anf the breakfast is amazing. The direct access to beach is a win.

Perfect romantic holiday spot for foodies!

Freshly renovated, excellent facilities, top-notch gastronomy (even and especially the buffet, with 5-star gourmet food), friendly and helpful staff, and beautiful location and manicured grounds. It was a wonderfully relaxing holiday!

Not that we didn’t like this, but guests should be aware that the sea is for swimmers only in this area.
