Buon appartamento vicino al mare

L'appartamento è situato in un buon punto. Pochi passi dal mare e pochi minuti dal centro. Il parcheggio non è incluso ma vicino ce n'è uno gratuito. L'host è molto gentile e disponibile. Abbiamo avuto un problema con la macchina e ci ha aiutati. Veramente bravo. La stanza era pulita, il bagno grande. Esteticamente bella.

L'unico punto negativo era il condizionatore che non andava, che essendo estate gioca un ruolo importante. Hanno avuto problemi e abbiamo visto anche i lavori in corso ma non eravamo stati avvisati . Quando abbiamo prenotato pensavamo fosse un hotel ma in realtà sono più appartamenti. Su booking c'è la dicitura 4 stelle ma non ci sono molti servizi essendo appunto appartamenti e non hotel.

We like the balcony: very big. Everything was grate, the sea is nearby. Parking is very good and free.

Ottima accoglienza! Host cordiale, gentile e disponibile. Ottima posizione della struttura! È possibile spostarsi tranquillamente in autobus per raggiungere il centro e usufruire di numerosi servizi locati in prossimità. Camera pulita e pernottamento tranquillo e silenzioso.

Bra läge,nära strand,buss och restaurang. Samt att ett köpcenter fanns på gångavstånd. Bra frukost fick vi framdukat på balkongen mot ett tillägg. Sköna sängar,morgonrockar och tofflor.

Ottima posizione, ma troppi disservizi e pulizia insufficiente: deludente rispetto al prezzo.

La posizione è davvero ottima, a pochi passi dalla spiaggia, e il ristorante Karlo situato proprio sotto la struttura è stato un bel plus.

Purtroppo ci sono stati diversi problemi. Le lenzuola erano sporche all’arrivo, la camera non era pulita a fondo, le tapparelle non funzionavano e il condizionatore era così sporco da non raffreddare l’ambiente. La maniglia del bagno si è rotta durante il soggiorno e, anche se può succedere, un controllo preventivo avrebbe evitato il disagio. Inoltre, la stanza era minuscola (non piccola, proprio minuscola), e la cucina in comune non era stata menzionata nella descrizione. Nessuna colazione inclusa. Il prezzo è assolutamente sproporzionato per ciò che viene offerto.

Bardzo estetyczny, zadbany pokój i pozytywne zaskoczenie z aneksem kuchennym z którego można było korzystać do woli :) właściciel przesympatyczny. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pokoju, klimatyzacja jest, mała lodówka, wszystko czyste i zadbane, do tego kosmetyki do kąpieli. Autobus pod samym praktycznie budynkiem, nie było problemu z dojazdem gdziekolwiek. Plaża 5 minut pieszo - kameralna i spokojna. ☺️

A great place to stay spacious - clean - view - good a/c.

Spacious - large veranda with view of the water. Wonderful restaurant just below. The staff was attentive and helpful. Bus stop to everywhere you want to go across the street. Walk to the beach in two minutes.

The only reason I have it a 9 was that it is on a major thoroughfare and there is a lot of road noises- roaring motorcycles.

Cisza,spokój. Piękny taras z widokiem na morze. 5 minut do morza. Nie ma problemu z dojazdem komunikacją miejską z lotniska. Blisko centrum handlowe z dobrym sklepem spożywczym. Świetna pizzeria.

Brillant, perfect location, free parking lot.

The apartment's location is close to multiple beaches and only 25 mins drive to premantura national park. There's Max City mall nearby with supermarkets and restaurants. The owner's really friendly and helpful.

The air conditioner in the room is working fine but it does not reach the expectation. I put the temperature to 17C but it does not seem to be cold. Some maintenance on it and it'll be fine.

Nice and cosy apartment

Nice and comfortable apartment, free coffee, great restaurant (Karlo) is there next to the building. The Jamica beach is 25 mins, the center is cirka 30 mins on foot and there is a bus stop on the other side of the street.

The small street next to the building was dusty and full of rubbish.

the location is ideal. I had the room #2 which has a nice balcony. it's nice during summer days, also I recommend having the breakfast. it's so good. the lighting is nice, specially during sunny days.

it's on a busy street, so you get the occasional nuisance...cars..etc...but most of the time it's okay. the other advantages compensates.
