We like the balcony: very big. Everything was grate, the sea is nearby. Parking is very good and free.

There are no tissue paper in the kitchen and small amount of toilet paper in the roll.

A great place to stay spacious - clean - view - good a/c.

Spacious - large veranda with view of the water. Wonderful restaurant just below. The staff was attentive and helpful. Bus stop to everywhere you want to go across the street. Walk to the beach in two minutes.

The only reason I have it a 9 was that it is on a major thoroughfare and there is a lot of road noises- roaring motorcycles.

Brillant, perfect location, free parking lot.

The apartment's location is close to multiple beaches and only 25 mins drive to premantura national park. There's Max City mall nearby with supermarkets and restaurants. The owner's really friendly and helpful.

The air conditioner in the room is working fine but it does not reach the expectation. I put the temperature to 17C but it does not seem to be cold. Some maintenance on it and it'll be fine.

Nice and cosy apartment

Nice and comfortable apartment, free coffee, great restaurant (Karlo) is there next to the building. The Jamica beach is 25 mins, the center is cirka 30 mins on foot and there is a bus stop on the other side of the street.

The small street next to the building was dusty and full of rubbish.

romantic breakfast on balcony

the location is ideal. I had the room #2 which has a nice balcony. it's nice during summer days, also I recommend having the breakfast. it's so good. the lighting is nice, specially during sunny days.

it's on a busy street, so you get the occasional nuisance...cars..etc...but most of the time it's okay. the other advantages compensates.

Need atleast 7 mins before hot water. - WiFi not working for 2 days. - Bad acoustic isolation. - Not enough toilet paper. - ‘Sea side luxury’ their is nothing about sea side. Not even a view or anything?! - Very bad smell in the kitchen. - Airco hasn’t been cleaned for a while. Amazing location

Owner was very friendly and helpful, really went out of his way to make your stay great. Location was beautiful and convenient, restaurants and shopping mall within reach. Many choices for beaches and easy to travel to the city by bus

A perfect stay

A very comfy room in a brilliant location. We loved our stay, the room was clean & was the perfect base for exploring Pula and Stoja. There is a bus stop right outside which takes you into Pula within 10/15 mins and they're at regular times through the day. The beach which is only a few minutes walk is beautiful & there are lovely restaurants as well as water sports there. We would definitely return and recommended :)
