About this bed and breakfast
Valbandon holiday home is a triplex apartment with private pool, lounge area, dining veranda and a garden.
The area is really peaceful located just 500 meters from the beach, 100 meters from the well known restaurant and 100 meters from the grocery store.
This triplex apartment has entrance hall, spacious kitchen connected with a living room, bathroom with sower and exit on the veranda and private pool + lounge area. The upper floor has three bedrooms a bathroom with tub and convenient balcony. The basement area has one bedroom, a bathroom a kitchen connected with the living area which has two extra single sofa-beds.
The entrance is completely separated from the entrance of the owner which lives on the other side of the house for maximum privacy.

The house was nice, easy to access from two sides, own parking space in the backstreet, a clean Beach within a minutes walk, two Supermarkets (Plodine/Konzum) within 2 km Radius, and a wonderful Bakery on the road to Pula. Playground for Kids at the Beach, Aquapark Rubberfloats and lots of stuff to explore.
Owner is very caring about his guests, contacted us, asking to give him a Ping on the phone shortly before we arrive to make sure he or his representatives are there, waiting for you. Checkin happened smoothly within Minutes, Vacation practically started right on exiting the car.
House location very good, very quiet neighbours, house located not directly at the main street. High hedge fence for own privacy. Kitchen spices like Rosemary or Basil growing in big bushes right next to the Grill. Could not be fresher.
Pool very clean (has even lights, so you can swim at night), a contracted Pool Technican visited every two days to check water quality and filters (does this for the whole neighbourhood and all the pools). Housekeeping Lady lives in the neighbourhood, is supernice, polite, very child friendly and reacts very helpful to inquiries instantly.
Would totally rent that again.

Apartment was spacious and served our purposes very well. Pool area was nice, pool itself is not too big, but served its purpose. Neighborhood was very quiet, close proximity to restaurant was a plus.
