Very persistent smell of cow dung all the time. Bathroom needs more cleaning and the bath tube was very small. The hotel asks money for towels you need to go to swimming pool. The property is faraway from the sea.

Nice swimming pool where you can have a nice bath after a trip around Istria. Dinner was pretty ok as well, sometimes there was not enough for everyone if to many people came on the same time. Breakfast is nice and you can ask staff to prepare eggs of pancakes for you if you would like. Rooms are decent, and getting cleaned everyday. Located in a clam area in a small village 20 minutes driving from Pula. Beach on 15 / 20 minutes walking. Most of the staff were friendly, how ever sometimes they could be a bit more pro active with asking for anything to drink.

Poor with very little choice for a 4 star hotel.

The hotel is 1 mile from a stony beach and 10 miles from Pula with nothing in the local area. Breakfast was minimal with little choice. Tea and Coffee machine wasn't working properly on day 2 and much of the breakfast ran out 15 mins before closing time. Evening meals are ok but again not a great deal of choice or atmosphere in the restaurant. Really a 3 hotel.

Fabulous

Considering it a tourist hotel the restaurant was fabulous, enjoyed risotto with octopus and sorbet for dessert.

Breakfast without vegs is strange, however it is normal thing in Croatia.

Onwijs fijn personeel, prettig voor een kort verblijf

Het personeel overdag, ‘s avonds, telefonisch en via mail was uitermate vriendelijk en professioneel dit was een heel groot plus punt. Schoon en groot zwembad was fijn om gebruik van te kunnen maken en het bed op de kamer lag heerlijk! Het eten in het restaurant was prima en de koffie en drankjes waren op en top. Super attent: omdat ik geen gebruik kon maken van het ontbijt hadden ze een ontbijtpakket voor mij gemaakt!

De kamer was behoorlijk gedateerd, zo was er zichtbare lekkage, waardoor de vloer in de badkamer nat was en de wc bleef doorlopen. Het was in de namiddag zodanig druk bij het zwembad (vermoedelijk waren dit ook niet allemaal hotel gasten) dat er niet direct plek beschikbaar was. Tip: kussentje op de ligbedden zouden fijn zijn. Als laatste word er 24/7 service aangeboden, wat niet geheel waar is. Ik had een taxi besteld via het Hotel voor 4:45 ‘s nachts, dit kon niet eerder en ik hoefde mij geen zorgen te maken (vlucht: 06:00) want ze werkte samen met het hotel. Daar stond ik dan van 4:40 tot 5:20 wachtend op de taxi, hotel kon ik niet meer in, telefonisch niet bereikbaar en niemand bij de receptie. Gelukkig kon ik in de tussentijd een nieuwe taxi regelen en heb ik mijn vlucht net gered. Na contact met het personeel kreeg ik te horen dat dit een extern bedrijf was en hun daar geen invloed op hebben, het taxi bedrijf zou uiteindelijk een nieuwe taxi hebben gestuurd wat niet zo was. Met dit verhaal wil ik alleen benadrukken, boek vooral zelf een taxi, blijf in het hotel wachten en hou voldoende ruimte voor als deze niet komt.

Ne preporučujem – izuzetno loše iskustvo za hotel s 4 zvjezdice Nažalost, moje iskustvo u ovom hotelu bilo je krajnje razočaravajuće i nipošto ne odgovara standardima koje bi jedan hotel s četiri zvjezdice trebao imati. Namještaj u sobama je zastario, istrošen i daleko od onoga što se očekuje u ovakvom objektu. Umjesto udobnosti i elegancije, dočekao me ambijent koji više podsjeća na davno zaboravljeno doba, bez ikakve modernizacije ili truda da se gostima pruži osjećaj ugodnosti. Posebno neugodno iskustvo imala sam s osobljem. Naime, iako sam prethodno pitala direktora hotela smijem li doručkovati na terasi i dobila njegovu izričitu dozvolu, jedan mladi konobar iz Srbije i gospođa plave kose ponašali su se izuzetno nepristojno, čak su povisili ton i vikali na mene pred drugim gostima. Takvo ponašanje je apsolutno neprihvatljivo u bilo kojem kontekstu, a pogotovo u hotelu koji se predstavlja kao ekskluzivan. Ovo iskustvo je u potpunosti pokvarilo moj boravak i mogu samo savjetovati svima koji planiraju odsjesti ovdje – zaobiđite ovaj hotel u širokom luku. Postoje mnogo bolji i profesionalniji objekti gdje ćete za svoj novac dobiti ono što zaslužujete: poštovanje, udobnost i osnovnu kulturu ophođenja

Soba je standradno uređena, lijepo izgleda, super lokacija, lijep pogled... ali tuš kabina koja je realno lijepa i velika je zapostavljena. Po fugama oko kade crne gljivice! Hrana prosjek. Konobar je sa nama komunicirao površno, na brzinu jer mu je bila zanimljivija veća skupina par stolova od nas s kojom se stalno naslikavao i vodio prijateljske razgovore. Ponuda za večeru je bila sramotno loša, doslovce nema čase vode nigdje za uzeti. Ukoliko želite išta popiti uz večeru to se naravno dodatno plaća iako je uredno plaćena večera i doručak u cijeni hotela. Ukratko klasični istarski lopovluk i obmana. Doručak - dolazimo niz hodnik, kolega krene kroz vrata a neka žena viče za njim "ne idite tamo". Prostor sale za jelo, smao što gosti ulaze na vrata koja su doslovce 3 m dalje. Zar se tako ide i viče za gostima? Za doručak osnova osnove, ponuda jako lopa, vidimo reciklirane ostatke prethodne večere. Pri kraju doručka tek saznajemo da možemo dobiti i pečena jaja, ali to nigdje ne piše nit će vam tko to reći. Od osoblja su bili prisutni nepalci koji nam se nisu obraćali a dotična gospođa je nakon vike nestala. Nikada više!

Geschäftliche Kurzrreise, das Hotel hat mir komplett geboten was ich gebraucht habe

Ruhige Gegend, weg zum Strand zu Fuß ca. 30 entfernt. Hotel besteht länger, wirkt aber nicht komplett altbacken. Für mich und meine Zwecke perfekt.

Internet außergewöhnlich schlecht. Als Geschäftsreisender wäre es wichtig gewesen Internet Nutzung zu haben, so habe ich über mein Telefon einen hotspot geöffnet. Die Säfte beim Frühstück waren mehr als nur leicht verwässert.
