Uncomfortable bad and the cold makes it hard to sleep

Breakfast was good

The room was too small and so was the bad, that was not enough place to stand straight. The mattress was not connected to the bed and the blanket was falling off. heating in the bathroom not working. Heating in the room stopped working during the night. In the morning, hot weather stopped in the middle of the shower.

had requested a twin room - but given a double - albeit with 2 sets of bedding lots of stairs to get to rooms - difficult if travelling with a lot of bags or injuries

Breakfast was good, nice choice of different food, cheese was perfect, coffee also. Staff at breakfast was polite and helpful. Air conditioning is well, room was cool, considering outside 36 deg. Perfect location in center, close to all restaurants and parkings.

Room can't be smaller, but if you will not spend much time in it then is acceptable.

Once in a lifetime experience

The whole experience was really great - the location was astounding, the staff was absolutely helpful in every aspect, the hotel is beautiful. Also the breakfast was so good that outside guests visited the hotel for that purpose as well. When I go back to this town again (and i definitely will), I will surely choose Villetta Phasiana once again.

Since the hotel in situated in a 16th century mansion, the cellular reception is not so good (due to the very thick walls) and Wi-Fi routers could be a little better.

The stuff was great, helpful and hospitable. The hotel was super clean. The breakfast was fresh and testy. The national park Brijuni is just across the channel, so you can easily access to it. We really had a great time while being there 😊.

The room was very small. The hotel is in the town center and close to the local church, so it can be noisy. The parking is public nearby.

Staff was very helpful. Breakfast fullfilled every wish.

The rooms are very very small. In the bathroom a person hardly fits. First we has a slighly bigger room, but it was too loud as it faced the backyard/kitchen. Yes, we booked the smallest category, but I expected a little more. For laundry service (one small bag) we paid almost 30€. Worse price performance ratio I ever experienced.

Das Hotel ist wirklich sehr schön und das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage in der Altstadt ist eigentlich praktisch und angenehm für das Frühstück, weil man im eigenen Hotel gemütlich in der Altstadt frühstückt.

Aber genau diese exponierte Lage wird auch zum Problem im Laufe des Tages und Abends, falls man es gerne ruhig mag. Denn der kleine Ort ist voller Touristen, vor allem extrem viele Tagestouristen, und man fühlt sich vor allem ab mittags, wenn die Boote von der Insel von der Besichtigung zurück kommen, wie auf einem großen Fest. Das muss man mögen. Auch abends hatte ich Pech; da das Hotel an einem Platz liegt, wo abends noch gesungen wurde…
