The rooms are appropriate for active persons (sport activities) and families.

The best location for families and sport activities near to the nature. Room was very clean.

The best room with a view we ever had - and exceptionally friendly employees.

From our junior suite the view was fantastic: in front of us the clear blue Adriatic, Rovinj in the background, and several sailing ships rocking in the water - the best room with a view we ever had. All employees were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

We had dinner at the restaurant and it was excellent but overpriced. Maybe a shower facility (just a simple one) on the beach might be appreciated by the customers.

Can‘t wait to come back

We stayed for two nights in the junior Suite with sea view. The view on the ocean and Rovinj is simply amazing. Waking up to sun rise, hearing the waves at night, we couldn‘t have asked for more. Everything was really Perfect, the room was clean and the breakfast was huge and super good! We will definitly come back!

A perfect place for a summer escape

The location has a great position, the beach is just 10 steps away and they offer sunbeds, umbrella, towels. We stayed in room 6, the one with full view at the sea. Every day was just perfect. The room was very clean and cozy with cleaning services daily. The breakfast was healthy and delicious, having it served on the terrace by the sea made our morning and day. The staff was very friendly and always there to make sure we have a great stay. The beach is just 10 steps away and the location offer sunbeds, umbrella, towels. The room was very clean and cozy with cleaning services daily. The breakfast is healthy and delicious and having it served on the terrace by the sea makes your morning and day.

The season was almost over by the time of our visit, some of the supplies were over but the staff did their best to compensate and make us feel great.

Wonderful place

We loved our stay. The view of the sea from the restaurant is amazing, location is great (if you like quiet, relaxing places), breakfast was good (I loved forest fruits and croissants), the staff was very polite and helpful, the location is very green with lots of trees, Rovinj is a 5-minute drive away... There is a small private beach right below the restaurant, and also a nice public beach nearby. If you like taking a walk or riding a bike, there are paths nearby, they pass by the sea and through the forest.

Die direkte Strandlage sowie kostenlose Liegen schaffen gute Rahmenbedingungen. Das Frühstück mit einer Auswahl an frischen Eierspeisen war gut.

Die Zimmer ohne Meerblick sind sehr kühl und lieblos eingerichtet. In der Dusche war viel Schimmel an der Decke. Die meisten Sonnenschirme am Strand waren kaputt und ließen sich nicht aufspannen. Außerdem war Hundekot am Strand. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis hat für uns nicht gestimmt

Ein wunderbarer Urlaub! Würde die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen!

Die Lage ist einzigartig! Ruhig gelegen, jedoch sehr gute Anbindung zur Stadt Rovinj, die zu Fuß erreichbar ist in ca. 45 min. oder bequem mit Touri-Bus, Bushaltestelle ganz in der Nähe. Eigener Strand mit kostenlosen Liegen u. Sonnenschirmen. Frühstück auf der Terrasse direkt am Meer, mit Blick auf die Altstadt von Rovinj - EINFACH nur TOLL! Das Frühstück ist einfach, jedoch alles vorhanden und sehr gut! Man kann hervorragend Essen (Mittagssnack oder Abendessen), nicht billig, aber sehr gut! Das Appartement war mit einer Küchenzeile eingerichtet mit den wichtigsten Utensilien! Alles da, was man brauchte! Perfekt!

The bay, the view ! The place to be !

Très beau petit hôtel de charme directement sur une jolie plage de roche et de galets en bordure d’une pinède avec une vue splendide sur Rovinj. La chambre 5 est spacieuse et confortable avec une vue magnifique sur la baie. Les clients de l’hôtel ont accès à parasols et chaises longues. Le petit déjeuner, servi sur la terrasse avec vue sur la baie, est excellent et le personnel du restaurant est au top ! Le soir le restaurant devient plus chic et romantique. A savoir qu’à 10 minutes a pied, on peut prendre un petit bateau qui amène à Rovinj en 15 minutes, la mini croisière au couchant est magique !

Ein traumhafter Aufenthalt direkt am Meer

Die Lage des Hotels ist einfach perfekt – direkt am Meer mit einem kleinen, charmanten Strand. Liegen und Sonnenschirme sind inklusive, was sonst über 40 € pro Tag kosten würde. Unsere Junior Suite war ein Traum: Der Blick auf das Meer und die Altstadt von Rovinj ist unvergleichlich – besser geht es kaum. Das Zimmer war sauber, und in der Lobby gab es stets kleine Erfrischungen sowie Cookies zur freien Entnahme – eine nette Geste. Für uns war es kein Problem, aber ein Hinweis für andere: Der Zugang zum Strand sowie der Weg ins Restaurant führen über teils unebene Treppen und Böden – bedingt durch die Bauweise. Für Personen mit eingeschränkter Mobilität ist das Hotel daher eher ungeeignet. Die Promenade entlang des Meeres lädt in beide Richtungen zu schönen Spaziergängen ein. In die Altstadt gelangt man zu Fuß in etwa 45 Minuten. Alternativ fährt halbstündlich ein E-Zug, der für 4 € in rund 10 Minuten dort ist – eine sehr bequeme Option. Die Haltestelle erreicht mann in ca 5 Gehminuten. Das Restaurant ist gemütlich, verfügt über eine Terrasse und bietet eine schöne Aussicht – allerdings sind die Preise etwas überteuert. Die Kellner, die teilweise weiße Handschuhe tragen, sind sehr aufmerksam und äußerst freundlich. Das Frühstück ist mehr als ausreichend und wird direkt am Tisch serviert; nur Kaffee, frisches Obst und Croissants muss man sich selbst holen.

Preislich schon sehr teuer, aber die Lage ist einfach absolut genial!

Die Lage war absolut überragend. Mit der Bahn in 10 min in der Stadt. Der Strand direkt vor der Unterkunft mit unterkunfteigenen Schirmen/Liegen nur für Gäste und ohne Aufpreis! Eine Klimaanlage befindet sich auch im Zimmer. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und wurde jeden Tag gereinigt/Bett gemacht oder auf Wunsch Handtücher gewechselt. Die Angestellten der Unterkunft und des Restaurants waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Der Balkon ist sehr klein. Die Küche ist mittelmäßig ausgestattet und leider hatten wir sehr viele Ameisen im gesamten Zimmer.

-davvero grazioso l’arredamento della struttura aperta e costruita con accesso diretto alla riva frastagliata del mare -non abbiamo mangiato al ristorante ma la proposta sembrava deliziosa e di qualità -gentilezza della titolare e di suo figlio che ci ha lasciato rimanere da soli post chiusura del locale a goderci la serata sorseggiando due amari

-bisognerebbe livellare la spiaggetta di fronte perché si tende a scivolare verso il basso sulle sdraio, rendendo il relax poco confortevole -colazione da rivedere: scarsa proposta dolce e da implementare anche il menù salato (dove bisognerebbe includere qualcosa per intolleranti, di senza lattosio/vegano) -letto molto scomodo soprattutto per chi ha qualche chilo in più

Die Lage an der Promenade ist einzigartig, der kleine Strand aber fein und ausreichend. Liegen und Sonnenschirme sind inclusive, kosten sonst bis zu 45 € am Tag. Herrliche Lage am Rande des großen Amarin Waldgeländes. Das Lokal im Haus ist sehr gut aber preislich exquisit.

Parken wie oft im Süden etwas fordernd, Abdeckung gegen Pinien Harz zu empfehlen.

Die Lage direkt am Meer , schöner geht es nicht , das Frühstück auf der Terrasse, mit dem freundlichen Service haben wir genossen , super sind auch die Liegestühle und der Sonnenschirm , diese sind fix für die Hausgäste reserviert und wir haben es sehr genossen das nicht ständig laute Musik zu hören war.

es war in Summe alles super , nur beim Restaurant passt das Preisleistungsverhältniss nicht .

Selten so meeres- und strandnahe genächtigt und gespeist!

Ganz besondere kleine und familiäre Unterkunft in traumhafter Lage mit unmittelbarem Strandzugang, eigenen Liegen + Schirm, edlem Restaurant, liebevoll und zugleich modern eingerichteten Zimmern (teilweise mit erstklassigem Meeresblick) uvm. Besonderes Highlight: Unser Zimmer Nr 6 hatte Fliegengitter, so konnte man bei offenen Fenstern und Meeresrauschen entspannt einschlafen / aufwachen! Bett war supergemütlich. Und die Fester waren top geputzt, was die tolle Aussicht sogar noch steigerte. Wir beobachteten Delfine vom Zimmer aus! Chefin Lidia und Sohn Lorenzo sowie das ganze Team sind ausgesprochen aufmerksam und herzlich - auch zu Gästen, die finanziell vielleicht nicht ganz mit den teilweise echt noblen Restaurantgästen mithalten können :). Vereinzelt Livemusik oder DJ im Restaurant direkt am Strand, tolle Cocktails, Romantik mit Lampen und Kerzenschein am Abend. Wir hatten unsere E-Bikes dabei und hätten diese treppenabwärts sogar regengeschützt abstellen dürfen. Wir haben uns dann aber fürs barrierefreie Outdoor-Abstellen entschieden. Gibt ein paar Möglichkeiten dort, sie anzuketten. Eine Auflademöglichkeit haben wir nicht benötigt, wäre aber wohl etwas schwieriger zu erreichen.

Eigentlich gibts hier nichts zu sagen. Das Frühstück (direkt am Tisch serviert) ist klasse und war genau unser Geschmack. Jourgebäck und Marmeladencroissant gibts immer dazu, sehr lecker! Wir waren in der besonders glücklichen Lage, dass der Kaffeeautomat für Gäste zumeist streikte und wir den Kaffee direkt aus der Bar serviert bekamen. Da haben andere Kaffee-Feinschmecker vielleicht nicht ganz so viel Glück ;) Manche würden vielleicht noch bemerken, dass manche Silikonfugen, Oberflächen und Halterungen im Bad zum Teil feuchtigkeitsbedingte Verfärbungen oder Abnutzungserscheinungen haben. Wenn man sich der 'südlicheren' Standards bewusst ist, ist es nicht erwähnenswert. Der Wind war zumeist präsent und kühl, sowohl am Strand als auch auf der Restaurantterrasse. Das muss man wissen. Ebenso ist wichtig zu wissen, dass man die Zimmer nur über Treppen erreicht, also so fit sollte man sein. Für uns wars kein Problem.

Einer unserer schönsten und entspanntesten Urlaube

Wir haben die Suite (Zi 6) gebucht mit einem phantastischen Ausblick auf das Meer und Teilen von Rovinj. Das Zimmer war mit allem was uns wichtig war ausgestattet und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Ein prima Ausstattungsmerkmal waren die Rollladen für die großen Fenster. Die Sauberkeit im gesamten Hotel ist piccobello. Die engagierte, nette Besitzerin hat uns mit hilfreichen Tipps zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten in Rovinj und Umgebung geholfen. Auf der Terrasse direkt am Meer war das hervorragende Frühstück jeden Morgen ein Erlebnis. Das Frühstücks-Team vom Blu Locanda ist super nett. Anita im Service ging bestens auf unsere Wünsche ein. Wir haben auch mehrmals im Restaurant Blu Locanda gegessen und auch das war ein kulinarisches Erlebnis. Das gesamte Lorenzo Restaurant-Team hat spürbar Freude an dem was sie tun. Wir bedanken uns bei allen im Hause für die tolle Zeit und die Aufmerksamkeit die wir während unseres Aufenthaltes erfahren haben und werden ganz bestimmt wieder im Blu Locanda buchen.
