Nett für paar Tagen, aber nicht mehr als nett

Die Lage ist fantastisch und auch das Essen schmeckt. Großes Zimmer mit komfortablen Bett und genug Platz für Kinder.

Die Jahren sind schon ab und zu bissl zu sehen. Es fehlen ein oder andere Fließe an der indoor Schwimmhalle. Uns hat geirrt die Aussage dass das Hotel drei indoor Pools hat. Sorry, das ist nicht wirklich der Fall. Es gibt zwei indoor Pools und ein Babybecken (wirklich wie eine Pfütze, wo auch keine Babys da sind, weil mit der Eltern zum größeren Pool gehen). Also... ein Quatsch. Wir waren etwas enttäuscht dass die Pools draußen nicht beheizt waren - was sinnvoll für Oktober wäre. Aber drei Punkte waren sehr (negativ) auffällig: Die Restaurantsatmosphere, der Kaffee und der Parkplatz. 1. Ein einziges Restaurant für so einen riesigen Anlage führt zu Chaos und Schlangen, was echt nervig ist. Dazu ist die Ausrichtung nicht wirklich gemütlich und nicht so optimal organisiert, es gibt's keine "Reihe" zum Buffet, was zu viel hin und her bringt. 2. Der angebotene Kaffee ist einfach fürchterlich. Keine Ahnung, habe aber nie gesehen so ein schlechter Kaffeemaschine. Wenn ihr Kaffee mögt, hier is es einfach unmöglich, was zu trinken. 3. Mangelnde Kontrolle der Parkplätze. Viele Gäste ignorieren die bezeichnete Fläche und machen sie sich sehr breit. Wo es Plätze für 4 Autos gäbe, waren 2 Autos geparkt. Da konnte das Hotel vllt besser wirken und die Gäste zur Verantwortung bringen.

Man sollte sich bei Buchung bewusst sein, dass dies ein absolutes Familienhotel ist und dementsprechend sehr viele kleine Kinder vor Ort sind und daher die Lautstärke etc im Restaurant oder Pool ist. Uns hat Stauraum und Ablageflächen im Zimmer gefehlt zB hauptsächlich Kleiderstangen (ohne Bügel) im Schrank aber kaum Fächer

Великі номери, чистота, хоч пляж і муніципальний але крім гостей готелю на ньому майже нікого немає, проблем з лежаками на пляжі немає, дуже смачна і різноманітна їжа. Багато всього для дітей різного віку.

Hrana je bila u redu, s dosta izbora za sve ukuse. Lokacija hotela je odlična – odmah uz plažu, a i dječja igraonica je bila super za igranje. Sobe su ok, čistačice su bile u redu, sve čisto i uredno. Osoblje nas nije previše oduševilo – većinom mladi, bez previše entuzijazma i osmijeha. Kod check-outa smo čekali više od pola sata da netko dođe po kofere, ali na kraju smo ih sami odnijeli. Osjećali smo se sigurno tijekom cijelog boravka, što je veliki plus, ali sveukupno smatramo da je cijena previsoka.

Walhalla voor kinderen, maar sfeer is veranderd door type bezoekers. Wij wijken uit voortaan.

Dit was onze 3e keer in dit hotel. Mooi hotel, walhalla voor kinderen, geen handdoekjes leggen want er is genoeg plek. Het eten voor ieder wat wils en echt heel goed over de kids nagedacht. Zeer goede isolatie Lunch in de strandtent is FANTASTICH, briesje - lekker eten - aardig personeel - mooiste uitzicht ever op Rovinj! Helemaal top!

3e keer was toch wel de minste. Ergens zie je wat minder nette dingen in de kamers en gangen dan paar jaar geleden zoals vlekken vloerbedekking, douchegelhouder was echt gewoon vies/oud. Daar komt niet steeds een nieuwe fles is maar die fles vullen ze keer op keer. Maar wat ons vooral stoorde waren de gasten, er is nu een ander slag volk wat er komt. Wij voelde ons als gezin wat geïntimideerd omdat de gasten in grote groepen kwamen en voor niemand weken alleen zij doen ertoe, geen rekening hielden met andere gasten en vooral kleine slapende kinderen die in dit hotel verbleven. Rond 23 uur s'avonds hun kinderen nog op zeer luidruchtige steps door de trappenhuis met piepende remmen en de receptie greep niet in, dit kan niet want aan die gangen zitten kamers waar dus jonge gezinnen allang willen slapen. Jammer maar wij denken hierdoor toch uitwijken naar ander hotel want het volk en dat wij ons geïntimideerd voelde was toch echt niet wat wij willen op vakantie.

Hotel je jedničkou na trhu pro rodiny s dětmi, ale i nám bez dětí se tu moc líbilo.

Vše bylo naprosto super! Výborné jídlo, velmi ochotný personál, vybavení hotelu, čistota bazénů, čistota zahrad, vychované děti.

Polštáře, moc se na nich nedalo spát, jsou extrémně vysoké a tvrdé. A kouř z okolních balkónů. V rodinném hotelu by asi stálo za to, zakázat kouření v celém objektu a kuřákům vyčlenit prostor, pokud si soused kuřák stoupnul na terasu, a vy jste měli otevřená okna, tak kouř byl značně cítit vedle v pokoji. Sedět na terase se v tuto chvíli opravdu nedalo. Lomení hotelu, a pokoje kuřáků a nekuřáků vedle sebe není úplně chytré řešení.

A Dream Family Holiday Beyond Expectations

We had the most amazing family holiday at this hotel — it completely overachieved our expectations! The location is absolutely stunning, and the variety of playgrounds kept our boys entertained for hours. The beach is beautiful, and the pool area was just perfect for young kids. Both of my boys learned to feel secure in the water during our stay because the pool depth was only around 60–70 cm, so they could both stand easily. Our older son even learned how to dive and was so proud to go down the big slide on his own! The Kid Zone was a huge highlight — it felt just like a wonderful daycare, with a warm and caring atmosphere. No parents allowed inside meant the kids could really immerse themselves, and the staff made a big effort to speak many languages so every child felt safe and included. And the food — I have no words to describe how incredible the buffet was! You can really tell they put their heart into the food and service. Every meal was delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented. We loved every moment of our stay and can’t wait to come back!

I could write down a few small details, but honestly, all the little things are outweighed by how amazing everything else was — there’s really nothing to complain about or be picky with. All in all: everything was SUPER!

A közösségi strand mosdók nem voltak mindig tiszták. A beach barban engedélyezett volt a dohányzás, étkező és gyerekek, várandós kismamák között nagyon zavaró volt hogy többen dohànyoztak az asztal mellett.

Odlično mjesto za odmor sa obitelji. Ponuda u restoranu je odlična, a osoblje susretljivo i profesionalno. Manji nedosta

Prilagođenost obiteljima s malom djecom te raznovrsnost ponude u buffeu. Osoblje je vrlo pristupačno i profesionalno. Mogućnost da cijeli dan provedete na otvorenom sa obitelji je neprocjenjiva.

Tepison u sobi nije idealna opcija zbog čistoće. Također bilo je manjih disfunkcionalnosti po sobi. Vrata jednog ormara se nisu mogla koristiti te je vodokotliću bio u funkciji samo jedan gumb. Soba nije bila idealno očišćena pošto je bilo tragova paučine. Prostor unutarnjeg bazena bi trebalo češće čistiti pošto gosti ulaze stopala i obuće zaprljanih zemljom iz vanjskih prostora.

Park is absolutely amazing. Full board, location, beautiful surroundings and proximity of Rovinj. Ability to rent a bike and take a ride, etc.

Inner facilities are kind of small for the size and always overcrowded. Food is good, but not excellent. Would prefer more local and sesasonal stuff. Extras in the hotel are pretty pricy

Das Essen und die Auswahl auch im Hinblick auf die Kinder war hervorragend. Als Erwachsener muss man ehrlich sagen hat sich die Buffetauswahl schnell wiederholt. Das Personal im gesamten Hotel ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfreich. Sehr sauber.

Der meiner Meinung nach einzige Kritikpunkt ist wohl der Preis der Unterkunft in der Hauptsaison auch im Hinblick auf die Zimmer. Wenn ich für eine eine Woche 5000 EUR bezahle, erwarte ich mir doch deutlich hochwertigere Zimmer.

Amazing hotel - we had a great stay!

Hotel set-up is amazing, everything is meticulously planned to fulfill the needs of the families / kids. The hotel area is huge with countless playgrounds and climbing opportunities for kids. We loved our evening walks in the hotel area. Location is great, and there is a tourist train to Rovinj. Food was amazing with so many options, particularly for breakfast. Rooms were spacious and clean, the balcony was large with a nice view.

Check-in and checkout were exhausting! People are so disrespectful that they block the drop-off area in front of the hotel for hours. Both upon arrival and departure, we were not able to park in front of the hotel and we had to carry every single item from the car (and with kids you have a lot) from the very top of the parking lot in the heat (parking lot was else full). The hotel could do more to prevent long term parking in the drop off area (placing a no-parking note on their windshield did not help) and enable easier check-ins. It can get quite loud and chaotic in the restaurant, but we expected this in a family hotel. I would not recommend it for people without kids hoping for a quiet and relaxed vacation ;). It is a pity as this had a negative effect on our otherwise really nice vacation, but the beds were too hard for us and we unfortunately did not sleep well.

Not worth the hype. It’s fine for max 3 days, because the food is almost the same every day. There is not enough tables so we had to wait in line everyday for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The pools are to small for so many people, when the weather is bad it is impossible to get a free spot there. Also the air in the pool area is horrible, to hot and you easily get sick.

Für Kinder einfach ein Traum, es gibt wirklich alles und die Kinder sind auch bei schlechterem Wetter super beschäftigt. Personal ist super aufmerksam und freundlich und die Anlage einfach super schön, weitläufig und sauber. Wir buchen aufjedenfall nochmal :)
