Amazing hotel

The hotel has such good vibe, everything is so beautiful, we are returning here every year. Stuff is soooo nice, rooms are spacious, food is very good. Surroundings are amazing.

There are some things that should be maintaned better (sauna, cinema for kids is not working properly, ice hockey) these are really small things..

Great relaxing stay for families

Everything was great free parking, good food, everything you can imagine and a little more. There is always fresh food for babies that can be blended on the spot. Activities for kids are available all day. If you are a family looking for a place where both you and your children can relax, I highly recommend it.

My rating would be 10, but there are two things we should point out: the toilet paper was not replaced when we ran out, and the trash can was not emptied every day. Mistakes happen, and we understand that. This is just nitpicking everything else was great.

Perfect place for family in Rovinj

Perfect place to stay for family. Hotel staff is amazing, very helpfull in any situation, food is delicous with lot of variety and options, lot of things in hotel, kids club, spa, indoor pool, walking area and beach. We trully enjoyed.

A Dream Family Holiday Beyond Expectations

We had the most amazing family holiday at this hotel — it completely overachieved our expectations! The location is absolutely stunning, and the variety of playgrounds kept our boys entertained for hours. The beach is beautiful, and the pool area was just perfect for young kids. Both of my boys learned to feel secure in the water during our stay because the pool depth was only around 60–70 cm, so they could both stand easily. Our older son even learned how to dive and was so proud to go down the big slide on his own! The Kid Zone was a huge highlight — it felt just like a wonderful daycare, with a warm and caring atmosphere. No parents allowed inside meant the kids could really immerse themselves, and the staff made a big effort to speak many languages so every child felt safe and included. And the food — I have no words to describe how incredible the buffet was! You can really tell they put their heart into the food and service. Every meal was delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented. We loved every moment of our stay and can’t wait to come back!

I could write down a few small details, but honestly, all the little things are outweighed by how amazing everything else was — there’s really nothing to complain about or be picky with. All in all: everything was SUPER!

Very nice stay but questionnable whether its such a value for the money

Park is absolutely amazing. Full board, location, beautiful surroundings and proximity of Rovinj. Ability to rent a bike and take a ride, etc.

Inner facilities are kind of small for the size and always overcrowded. Food is good, but not excellent. Would prefer more local and sesasonal stuff. Extras in the hotel are pretty pricy

The sea, the nature, and the big garden are beautiful. The hotel has everything you need to rest and relax. The pools are awesome, the room was clean and comfortable and the kitchen is absolutely fantastic! I had the most delicious food here ever!!! Thank you all!

Amazing hotel - we had a great stay!

Hotel set-up is amazing, everything is meticulously planned to fulfill the needs of the families / kids. The hotel area is huge with countless playgrounds and climbing opportunities for kids. We loved our evening walks in the hotel area. Location is great, and there is a tourist train to Rovinj. Food was amazing with so many options, particularly for breakfast. Rooms were spacious and clean, the balcony was large with a nice view.

Check-in and checkout were exhausting! People are so disrespectful that they block the drop-off area in front of the hotel for hours. Both upon arrival and departure, we were not able to park in front of the hotel and we had to carry every single item from the car (and with kids you have a lot) from the very top of the parking lot in the heat (parking lot was else full). The hotel could do more to prevent long term parking in the drop off area (placing a no-parking note on their windshield did not help) and enable easier check-ins. It can get quite loud and chaotic in the restaurant, but we expected this in a family hotel. I would not recommend it for people without kids hoping for a quiet and relaxed vacation ;). It is a pity as this had a negative effect on our otherwise really nice vacation, but the beds were too hard for us and we unfortunately did not sleep well.

Not worth the hype

Good food for children, friendly staff, beachfront, spacious room.

Not worth the hype. It’s fine for max 3 days, because the food is almost the same every day. There is not enough tables so we had to wait in line everyday for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The pools are to small for so many people, when the weather is bad it is impossible to get a free spot there. Also the air in the pool area is horrible, to hot and you easily get sick.

Amazing hotel for families with small kids

Hotel is amazing, especially when traveling with kids. They have so many activities organized for kids, no matter what is the weather like outside. We went out of the season and still had a lot of fun. Food is great and adapted for kids and families. There is a wide variety of dishes for every taste including prepared fresh food for babies.

Beds are too hard, and in the night can be noisy if room is close to the reception.

Kids-oriented hotel, warmly welcomed staff, tasty food. Almost everything was perfect!

Some places need repair (stains on the carpet in the hallway). The children's pool is unheated, for September it is too cold ( If you could solve this, you would deserve an 11 out of 10 ratings.

The best accommodation I’ve ever seen for kids

We stayed with teenagers & loved this accommodation. I could imagine for a little kid it would be like Disneyland. Great amenities, great selection of food at the buffet, friendly staff & the best massage I’ve ever had - I think Eva was her name. The cocktails were a reasonable price.

Hard to beat our experience in your hotel.

My grandchild had a magnificent time especially swimming and her skills have progressed and she even got a mermaid certificate! She loved the gym and can now vault. She loved the blue net and the escape room was well thought out. Would like more science activities for the 10 year old age group. Dinner - the food was unbelievable. So much choice. Our room was a revelation. I could not believe the view across to Rovinj and the extra space in the corridor outside the bathroom was useful and the veranda was excellent.

Didn't use your app so watching a screen scroll round took too long to get information. Perhaps smaller fixed screens with the information static would be useful. I also think your lost property box should be in a more prominent position so people know it exists and can check it if they lose something.

Exceptional

Fantastic place: nice, clean and comfortable room; close beach and clear sea; outside playground, inside play areas, such as lobby spider web or evening kids cinema. Amazing food for both kids and adults. Great place to spend lovely holiday with kids. Love it!

We are coffee drinkers and so we would highly appreciate to have coffee machines available in the hotel canteen also for the lunch and dinner time. :)

Perfect!

Food was amazing. having all-breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet was a great comfort for us because we didn't have to think in advance what we were going to eat. we would especially point out the lovely and kind staff in the kindergarten and the kidszone service overall (daily activities,toys etc.). This is one of the one things that sets this hotel apart from other hotels in the family hotel category. Well done!

The Bathroom was a bit smelly. But that was the only minus.

Heaven for kids and relaxing time for parents :)

Food is good and also nice selection for kids. I specially liked that they have kids club that has so much to offer for children and it is not just some place you leave your kids. Bar has a nice terrace with a view on Rovinj. I also liked the well maintained playground around the hotel. Hotel is very nice, modern and offers amazing views from balcony. I specially liked that feeling of not overcrowded place eventhough it was almost fully booked, that means they have a lots of space to feel good there :) Staff is very very friendly all over the hotel, which you do not see very often sprecially in Croatia.

The food at lunch and dinner was quite similar all the days. They charge for some toys extra instead of raising the hotel rate (however, this is just a personal opinion). Anyway, I was quite satisfied with the hotel and stuff-> means I would go there again
