About this house rental
Located within 200 acres of Exmoor National Park, Natsley Farm is a beautiful country home in close proximity to both the local Devonshire beaches and the amazing views and activities of the National Park. Furnished to a very high standard Natsley provides you with a heated swimming pool (May until September, heated to 30 deg ),American Pool table, traditional wood burners and all amenities that you may need! Natsley is run by wind power and solar generators, so you can be sure that your stay will carbon neutral. Wood Fired Hot Tub which is open all year round.
During the season from Easter till end of October guests have exclusive use of The Natsley beach Hut at Saunton Sands beach, with 4 surfboards, 2 boogie boards and other beach toys

Richard and Maria where very accommodating and helpful. The house was amazing and we all really enjoyed it. Wonderful extra touches such as ingredients in the cupboard or dishwasher tablets that you might forget to bring with you along with games and DVDs ! There is wonderful grounds surrounds the house and lots of walks to be had.

We had a fabulous week. Loved the house, the pool, the hot tub, the pool table & the beautiful surrounding area. Maria & Richard were very friendly and helpful. Even the weather was kind! We loved it!

Absolutely superb. Great communication, easy to find, beautiful home, loads of space, well stocked kitchen/bathrooms.
We were a group of 12 friends, and our 5 dogs. Everything could not have been more perfect. We didnt even leave the accomodation apart from to go for a lovely wander around the grounds for a dog walk. Beautifully decorated, quirky and classic.
Communication with Richards sister, Amanda was spot on (they had gone away, but sorted everything before they left)
Pool room was great, and many a game of killer pool was played, hot tub fab, once you'd got the hang of it, the swimming pool was very very warm!! Only place ever that you could say "the pool was too warm" usually they're freezing!
Loads of room for everyone, huge kitchen & very well stocked.
They were so laid back about the dogs too which was wonderful. Dogs behaved impeccably and loved every single minute!

Had a wonderful long weekend in this amazing farm house. Quality time making memories with my family, perfect escape in the most beautiful location. The house is spacious and so well equipped, you don’t really need to leave the property. Our teenage children loved having their own area of the house with the games room. The swimming pool and hot tub were warm, clean and just the icing on the cake, I’m so pleased that I found this property for my special birthday! Hosts very welcoming and helpful, thank you.
