Location was pretty. Room and onsen were clean as was expected. Staff went to extra effort to be hospitable. Would recommend for older people (don’t order a traditional room if you don’t want to sleep on futons) although there was a slight language barrier if you don’t speak Japanese.
Also recommend to climbers who don’t want to stay at a hostel or in van. The onsen was very hot but open air so you could sit out of it. Breakfast was healthy with interesting flavours.
No restaurants nearby. A little confusing and potentialy dangerous to walk in the are as there aren’t many footpaths. However they did have a shuttle bus (didn’t have internet on phone consistently to organize).

とにかく朝も夜もご飯がとっても美味しくて、ボリュームもあって最高でした！あとは、温泉のシャワーヘッドがリファで揃えられているのもすごく良かったです。
スタッフの方も皆さんとても親切で丁寧で、気持ちの良い挨拶をしてくださり二泊の連泊でしたがとっても居心地が良かったです。お部屋も綺麗で普通に広かったです！
温泉内にサウナがない

スタッフの方が皆さんとても親切でした。朝食がどこでも結構多すぎて高齢の母は食べられないのですが、ちょうど良い量でよかったです。地元三重の出身なので湯の山温泉はよく知っていますが、鹿の湯は初めて訪れました。お部屋が清潔で高齢の母にはベットがあるのが大変助かりました。ありがとうございました。
特になかったです。
あえて言うなら、ケーキはもう少し質を上げてくれたら嬉しいです。

部屋が広くて料理が美味しかったこと。
食後のデザートが良かった。
駐車場が近くにあったが狭いので乗り降りが出来ない。部屋が5階迄あり部屋数と宿泊人数によってはエレベーターが狭い為乗れない、ベビーカーや荷物があると1人家族でいっぱいになり階段を使うが下まで降りるのにローカん歩き又階段を使わなければフロントに降りる事が出来ない。
