It was an old inn, nicely renovated. We were 7 in a group and we had the whole place to ourselves. The beds were comfortable. The facilities were sufficient. Breakfast was provided at a charge and quite reasonable.

The staff are amazing people. They gave me a ride to a grocery store to get snacks for my toddler and they road a bike to us to give us clothes we had accidentally left behind. Words can not express how much I cherish these people.
It's a Ryokan with shared living spaces. It has pros and cons, love it for what it is and be blessed by the people you meet.
