Great location facing the lake. Nice building and facilities, beautiful restaurant with full lake view and excellent food. Amazing staff, who acted promptly to resolve our issue.
The onsen wouls benefit from deep cleaning and a retrofit…
Dated. We were first given room 318. Superior twin. A veey, but very small room. Barely room for the beds. And almost facing the back of the building. You had to stick your head out of the window to have the “lake view”. Plus a noisy next door guest. We called upon the management who promptly moved us to an upgraded room; more space and a real lake view.

料理がどれも美味しく量もとても満足でした。
またロケーションが素晴らしく、湖畔の景色が美しかったです。
お部屋も清潔でシンプルでとても使いやすかったです。

部屋の窓から琵琶湖が一望できて良い眺めでした。
食事は大変美味しかったのですが食べきれないほどの量で少し残してしまいました。
靴を脱いで入る部屋ではなかったので洗面所の白っぽい床の汚れが嫌でした。
これは一人一人のマナーになりますが大浴場の洗面のところに髪の毛がたくさん落ちているのは次に使う人が不快になります。
