Flooring damaged in part in the restaurant where breakfast is served.

1. The towels provided were old and torn. 2. The bed was not comfortable, as the mattress was uneven and lumpy. In addition, 3. Could not sleep well due to room was not sound proof, traffic and street sounds could be heard clearly throughout the day and night.
