Excellent location. It’s the prime location of Cihangir. Taksim & İsteklal iş 2 mins walk. If you take alternative way, you find yourself in the middle of İsteklal after 4 min walk. Hotel owner Mervan is very nice and always there to help. All staff have problem solving attitude. We stayed in 2 bed & 3 bed suits with breath taking views of Bosporus sea. This is a hotel at right place and right time!

Magnificent views of the Bosphorus and Asian side of the city. Excellent concierge service by all team members during our stay. Thank you to Mervan for making our stay wonderful.

I would like to share my feedback regarding my recent stay. Unfortunately, the housekeeping/service team did not appear to be sufficiently trained in dealing with guests. On several occasions, the way simple requests were handled made us feel as though basic services were being provided as a personal favour rather than as part of the accommodation service. There were also several issues with the room and the facilities: * There was no iron available when we arrived. * There was no ironing board. * The mini bar was missing, although it was clearly mentioned in the facility description of the room we selected. * The top shower was not working and, in fact, was not even properly connected. * We had to ask for drinking water every day instead of it being provided as part of the normal room service. Regarding our early check-in request, I had sent a message about this approximately one month in advance. However, later and again on the day of arrival, I was informed that early check-in was not possible. I understand that early check-in cannot always be guaranteed, but the communication should have been clearer and more consistent, especially since I had informed the property well in advance. The property did allow my wife and me to use a room for approximately five hours before the official check-in time, for which I was charged 2,000 Turkish Lira. While I appreciate that they provided us with a room during that period, I did not feel that this additional charge was adequately justified or communicated beforehand, and therefore I did not particularly appreciate being charged this amount. Overall, the main issue was not only the facilities themselves but the level of service and guest handling. With better staff training, clearer communication, and more attention to the facilities advertised to guests, the overall experience could be significantly improved.
