Location is very good, just a walking distance to Taksim square. Cleaning staff is exceptional, the bathroom is spotless. Well done. Elizabeth, who is super helpful and has a ready smile every morning during our breakfast is awesome. Thanks a lot. Except for the AC issue in our room, everything is well appreciated. The free coffee and cake in the lobby is also a plus factor to stay in this hotel. Well recommended.

I had a wonderful stay at Four Points Flex by Sheraton Taksim, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul.
The hotel is exceptionally well located, just a short walk from Taksim Square and Istiklal Street, making it ideal for both business and leisure travelers. Despite being so central, the hotel itself is calm and comfortable, offering a welcome retreat after a busy day in the city.
The rooms are modern, spotless, and thoughtfully designed, with very comfortable beds and all the essentials you need for a pleasant stay. Everything felt new, well maintained, and functional without compromising on style.
What truly stood out was the staff — professional, warm, and genuinely helpful at all times. From check-in to check-out, the service was efficient and courteous, and any requests were handled promptly with a smile.
The overall experience offered excellent value for money, especially given the Sheraton standards and the prime location. It’s a perfect choice if you’re looking for comfort, convenience, and reliability in the heart of Istanbul.
I would definitely stay here again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone visiting Taksim. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

良い点は、タクシム広場より1分。
空港直通バスまで、徒歩、8分位。
