    The hotel was good enough for the price, I guess. The decor is definitely outdated, and the walls are super thin. We arrived in our first room and could hear the family next door. The air conditioning wasn't working, so we moved to another room, which was occupied by young people, so we could hear everything. Luckily, the reception helped us to get them to make less noise. They don't vacuum the room when cleaning, which made me wonder how clean the room actually was, except for the new linen. The pool was out of service for our entire stay (a week), which was a bummer. The gym was nice, however. The rooftop restaurant is okay, but the management seemed naturally grumpy and not friendly at all. Otherwise, it was a good overall stay. And special thanks the receptionist with long tied up hair he was awesome.

    Friendly check in. Had to wait a bit but when Mohammed Yılmaz sow me, anything went fast. I got an upgrade what made me very happy. I know Mr Yılmaz since many years and he was always caring me the time he was a bell boy. Thank you very much. Hotel is located close to Taksim sq, Metro and Istiklal street Rooms are comfortable, clean , as it has to be in a 4star Hotel.

    Very outdated hotel. Room is very small, especially the bathroom. Maximum 2 stars for this hotel, not 4 stars or luxury as they say on their home page. Location and wifi good, but a lot of noise from the street and traffic. Receptionists' and bellboys' English poor.

    The hotel is near to Taksim Square. Rooms are pretty small. Special thanks to Amir, wonderful guy! Very helpful. So happy to have met him. The guy sitting inside the hotel office, maybe the manager was very rude when we requested extra water bottles for our child’s milk. Could’ve politely said no but was very harsh. Otherwise the hotel is OK.
