One night we stayed with the family in this hotel, a clean hotel. Most of the passengers are Arabs. Arranged contacts, staff with personality and work. The position of the bus transfer stations to the airport, the finite field.

I stayed at Gonen Taksim from July 18 to 25, 2026, and overall, I had a pleasant stay. The breakfast had quite a good variety of choices, and most of the food was tasty. The room was not very large, but it was comfortable and well maintained. However, the bathroom was quite small, and it was a little difficult to move around inside. The only major downside during my stay was the noise during the daytime. It seemed like some renovation or construction work was taking place, which made it less comfortable to stay in the room during the day. Hopefully, this will be resolved once the work is completed. The hotel provided mineral water, tea bags and other basic amenities, and these were replenished every day. One small issue was that the hotel slippers were not replaced even after they became worn and torn. Overall, I would recommend this hotel. The staff were friendly, nice and helpful, and the location is very strategic. There are plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance, making it convenient for tourists. One thing to be careful about, especially for tourists, is possible scams around the area. I personally experienced one incident where the advertised price was different from the price I was charged when paying. So, it is better to confirm the price clearly before ordering or purchasing anything. Overall, Gonen Taksim is a good choice for its location, friendly staff and comfortable stay, and I would consider staying here again.

The hotel is near to Taksim Square. Rooms are pretty small. Special thanks to Amir, wonderful guy! Very helpful. So happy to have met him. The guy sitting inside the hotel office, maybe the manager was very rude when we requested extra water bottles for our child’s milk. Could’ve politely said no but was very harsh. Otherwise the hotel is OK.
