    I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. The rooms were extremely small, leaving barely any space to move around or keep our luggage comfortably. It felt very cramped, and definitely not what we expected from the pictures online. To make matters worse, when we requested a room change to something more spacious or accommodating, the staff was unhelpful and dismissive of our concerns. It was disappointing to see such a lack of customer service or willingness to assist guests.

    It’s in a fantastic location, within walking distance of major attractions and surrounded by plenty of restaurants. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable.
