    The location is strategic. easy access to istiklal street and taksim square . Staff were very welcoming and helpful… the cleanliness, amenities and overall facilities could use some improvement to better match the value for money.

    I've stayed at Taksim Metropark Hotel more than 10 times, and I keep coming back because of the excellent experience. The staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are comfortable and well maintained, and the location is perfect—right in the heart of Taksim, with everything within walking distance. I honestly have nothing negative to say. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely continue staying here whenever I visit Istanbul.

    We booked 5 nights in a city view room with one large bed. However, when we arrived at reception, we were informed that there were no city view rooms available with one large bed, and instead they offered us a room with two separate beds. Because we specifically needed one large bed, we had to change our booking to a room in the back building. On the second-to-last day, we sent some clothes to the hotel laundry service. We had placed a “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door, so naturally we did not expect anyone to enter the room. We were surprised that a staff member opened the room despite the sign and the cameras, and left the clothes inside without asking for permission. We complained to the management, but all we received was an apology without any proper action being taken. The hotel is honestly very close to the metro station and Taksim Street, which is a positive point, but these situations really upset us and made us feel that there was a lack of responsibility and professionalism.
