Staff is great! Reception is at 6th floor, and rooms are on 6th and 7th floor, which is ok, less noise. Under the there is commercial stores and crowdy parking. The external elevator is going to 6th floor and then you need to change or walk upstairs. The internal works only with cards of the employees, but not with room card. Location wise, i found it good, its near commercial zone, with Albi mall across the street, and city is very close (maybe 2km) while downtown is some 3-4 km away, but no walking (pedestrian) zones.
The weakest point of our stay was the breakfast. It is fair, but far away from advertised superb, as they serve two scrambled eggs on a plate, alongside with some cheese (and sometimes slices of some meat). The food is served on the second floor in a coffee restaurant, along with bread, butter (also soft cheese) and marmalade (and honey). If you want something more, you need to ask, and they will give you, but its a process. Water and juice are served bottled. You cant call the elevator without assistance. The whole breakfast experience is so "20th century", nothing close with the modern trends, all over the world.

Ein wunderbares und extrem nettes Personal. Sei es beim nächtlichen Check-in, über meinen Sonderwunsch, einen Tisch auf dem Balkon zu haben bis hin zur fast täglichen Frage, ob ich zum Frühstück gehen wollte. Es war überragend.
Das Zimmer hätte besser nicht sein können: schöner, großer Tisch mit gemütlichem Stuhl, großes, immer sauberes Bad, ein super angenehmes Bett samt wunderbaren Kissen für einen sehr guten Schlaf. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder und empfehle allen Reisenden nach Prishtina dieses Hotel! Noch einmal: Ganz lieben Dank. Falemindarit!

I had an excellent experience during my stay at this hotel. The room was very spacious, well-maintained, and provided a high level of comfort. The staff were consistently professional, attentive, and welcoming, which contributed greatly to the overall positive impression. The property is conveniently located in a business centre, with a modern shopping center nearby that adds to the convenience for both business and leisure travelers. Overall, everything met and exceeded expectations, and I would highly recommend this hotel.
