Plaza Boutique Hotel has a great location, very close to downtown and within easy reach of shops, restaurants, and attractions. It’s a nice city hotel that is comfortable and convenient for a stay in the city.
The staff are friendly and welcoming, which makes the experience even more pleasant. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a well-located and comfortable place to stay.

The staff was excellent and also the room. The location also was perfect because from there you could go anywhere by feet. If you want to go somewhere far away the staff was very kind by offering a taxi. 10/10

I travel a lot and this was one of the best hotels I've stayed at during all my travels. The space was beautiful, well maintained, comfortable and very convenient to the local sights and entertainment areas. But the host and employees were the best part of my stay. They were professional, friendly and very helpful whenever I needed anything. It felt like staying with family! I wouldn't stay any other place if I get the chance to return to Pristina.

Hotel receptionist was very helpful and friendly. Everyday he took care of our car and reserve the parking slot in front of the hotel. Room was clean enough except for some dirt marks on the walls.
Hotel is located in a city centre next to a really busy road and some restaurants which operates late in the evening. This causes the noise. The hotel has two floors and the windows facing the road are not isolated enough to protect from the noise outside. From my point of view the stay in this hotel without breakfast is overpriced.
