We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were fantastic; friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. The rooms were spacious, clean and very comfortable.
The only minor downside was that the hotel is located on a very busy street, so there was some traffic noise. However, since it’s in a large city, that’s completely understandable. The location is great, with easy access to the city center

The staff were friendly and welcoming. The breakfast offer was great with lots of options. The spa and pool facilities were clean and well presented. Clean room, comfy bed and reasonably priced.

The staff were very friendly. The only downside was that we had trouble finding the parking lot. Clearer directions or a better description would have been helpful.
