We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment. The apartment was very clean, nice bedding, towels, furniture and decor. The kitchen was well appointed with anything needed to make meals at home. The kids especially loved the coloring set and juice in the fridge upon arrival. It was just a nice welcome. The apartment was well located, walking distance to the beach and town. We used the pool a few times, although not heated even early June, it was comfortable to swim. Swim caps are required to use the pool. Thanks for having us!

We stayed for some days in this super clean, well furnished flat, located in a locked residential complex, walking distance to inner city Peschiera del Garda. The flat has everything what is needed: fridge, washing machine, balcony (directly to the street in front of the flat, shaded from big trees), dishwasher, toaster, dishes ... Within the next 500 - 700m there are a couple of different restaurant, harbour is in walking distance as well. Supermarket in 5min per car. Parking slots for the car are in front of the houses. The big bonus of this flat are two really big pools right behind the house within this locked residential complex, one is approx. 35m long witch is very fine for swimming trainings. From small kids to sporty adults - everybody can find a spot there. The landlord was so, soooo much helpful with everything with a fantastic kind of humour!! Supportive, precise, well prepared ... simply fabulous!! One hint: This flat is located next to a relatively busy roady. So, if somebody is not used to have some noice at night (as we are) it might be a bit difficult. However, net-net we had a lovely stay. Thanks Roberto!

We've been to Peschiera several times and this is the second time we have visited the Cappuccini residences. For our purposes with young children, Francesca and Roberto's apartment has been the best accommodation so far. The location is perfect for a stroll along the lake into the village. The complex itself has a local family atmosphere and is not crowded like the local campsites. The pool is rarely busy and the small café is good to have a coffee in the morning or a beer late at night. The apartment is modern and a good size, with all the necessary appliances. The balcony on the top floor was a good place to have a glass of wine in the evening, and there was no noise from other tenants. Communication was very good via WhatsApp and the hosts responded very quickly to any questions. With luck, we look forward to returning sometime soon!

Peschiera del Garda is a picturesque town, with lots to see. We love coming to Lake Garda, it is so pretty and easy to access the surrounding towns by using the ferry. The apartment is at the top of a gated complex. The complex is maintained very well. The complex has 2 large pool areas with a lifeguard in each. Swimming caps must be worn in both pools. There are grassed areas, with shade, outside of the pool areas where residents congregate to relax, sunbathe or play cards etc. Next to the pool area is a bar area that also serves pizzas. The apartment is situated on the third floor, there is another block attached that shares the stairway so you go up 6 small flights of stairs to get to the apartment. The apartment is small and compact with most things you might need. It is well presented and maintained. The double bedroom is quite spacious, the second bedroom is small, both would benefit from more storage. There is only one air conditioning unit that is in the corridor between the living room and the bedrooms. We left the bedroom doors open and had the ceiling fan on in the living room to try and get some cold air through but found the bedrooms quite uncomfortable to sleep in. The apartment would benefit from separate air conditioning units in each bedroom. There is a small balcony off the living room with an airer to dry towels etc. It also has seating for 2 people. It is quite hot to sit out if the air conditioning is on inside. It is a 10 minute walk to the beach, where you can hire an umbrella for €3 per day and sun lounger for €7 per day. It’s a small stony beach but we always found space, although it did get busy at the weekends. The harbour where you get the ferry from, and the town with lots of bars and restaurants is a 15 minute walk, along the lake. The nearest supermarket, Lidl, is a 15 minute walk from the back of the complex. There is a small shop, SIGRA, about 10 minutes walk but it is very basic. There is a free shuttle bus to a larger Lidl a bit further away. You can catch buses from the harbour area. We went to Verona, the bus was 1/2 hour late. Not sure if that is normal as it was the only bus trip we did. The train station is 1/2 hour walk, we went to Venice which takes about 1 1/2 - 1 3/4 hours depending if you need to change at Verona. The booking process was very easy. Francesca and Roberto were very helpful, keeping in touch and giving information via WhatsApp.
