The place is beautiful and immaculately kept, but there are things that are not acceptable.

I like that the place is super clean, beautiful gardens and immaculate swimming pools. The chamber maids, waiters, gardeners, pool staff were very nice.

the quality of the food was inconsistent; twice they served me a seafood pasta where have of the mussels were closed. During their daily events they told me they allow people to use the installations (pool). This is UNSAFE and I submitted a complaint to your company (yet to get it acknowledged) and to the hotel (also yet to be acknowledged). I told them I would upload photos of this daily visitors in social media and then they sent a guard to remove the people. The restaurant can be incredibly good but it lacks "finesse". For example they do not provide a plate for the bread so it forces to put the bread on top of a mat, that it is used for everyone, and where sometimes the birds stand!!! The bedroom was super humid and the TV shows 95% of programmes dubbed to Spanish.

Room was better than expected with all amenities, big spaces, table for breakfast, clean and comfortable.

I would prefer to request a simple dish from the menu for breakfast and not to pay a full service with so many meals that I usually don't eat. Breakfast was expensive.

The Garden of Eden, Mexico.

It’s an Eden. Just beautiful tropical grounds. Lovely restaurant. Three pools, two seldom used. Pretty sculptures, goldfish ponds, a wide variety of plants and trees, all well cared for.

Nice staff notified them I was landing after check in hours so they waited for us to do our check in late they have valet parking, beautiful views all around and the breakfast buffet was on point with lots of different dishes.

This trip to Cuernavaca I stayed twice to Hosteria Las Quintas the first time was fantastic (3 nights flawless) but the second time I stayed it was kind of a mess unfortunately. It all started out before getting there, I started receiving messages from the reservations desk saying that they couldn't be process the payment (?) asking me for a different card, in fact it seems that booking needed an update, which i did immediately. Then the check in nightmare started out... at the reception they mentioned the card issue again, i was asked many times to give a different card, when booking.com had already confirmed the payment, then reception lady couldn't find the chosen category room so she tried to slide a deluxe room, as i know the place i refused and had to explain that i booked a suite with balcony... she said that i have to wait if i wanted to get a suite w/balcony (?) So in an effort to help, told her i didn't need the room ASAP as we were going to be out for a while, so she will have enough time to get room, when we return around 6 hours later, I got the room (77). The room it was pretty run down, curtains very worn out w/ even holes in the fabric, they wouldn't close completely, so the light was getting in the room very early in the morning, the balcony door "floats" maybe up to .5 inch off the floor so the AC leaks out to the balcony so the bedroom gets kind of soggy, the drain from the shower was clogged, my husband was taking a shower and had to stop because the water was getting out to the main area of the bathroom had to call maintenance at 9 pm. Tried to book a spa treatment for my husband and the spa it's not there anymore, it's a place that's around 5 blocks away from the hotel they don't offerhere's no transportation provided for this service either...

the room was reasonable (especially considering that we booked it at the absolute last minute). The breakfast and restaurants were excellents. The gardens are beautiful.

It was uncomfortable that the room was on the ground flor and one of its walls was a large window, so we had to keep the curtains closed.

Generally the facilities were good & service was fine.

The Facilities were generally good as were the rooms. Our major problem was withe the room size & location. We made 4 bookings, 3 with booking.com & 1 directly with the hotel. (friends wanted to join us at the last minute) All the rooms from booking.com were allocated to the old/noisy building outside the restuarents, eating & music area. The booking made directly were all allocated to the newer quieter section of the hotel. Also the King room booked with bookings.com was very small compared to other kings rooms including the King rooms booked directly. It seems that all booking made by bookings.com were allocated to less appealing rooms.

has beautiful gardens and even though it’s an old hotel they have tried to renew some of their furnitures and installations. congratulations for a very clean and peaceful hotel !

it was very complicated to arrive because there is a lot of traffic but it doesn’t matter because you may think it’s going to be noisy but it doesn’t!

Relaxing paradise in Cuernvaca.

The rooms and grounds are beautiful. Staff are friendly and helpful. The swimming pools were ideal for the kids and they meet lots of other kids.
