Ruth, the Guesthouse owner was delightful - so accommodating, friendly and helpful.

The decor was in need of updating.

Ok, but needs some tlc

The owner was welcoming, breakfast was ok, it was cheap and it is in a reasonable location.

The single bedroom desperately needs some basic maintenance (window wouldn't close, etc) redecorating and updating. It really wasn't clean.

The breakfast was lovely. Ruth, the host was very friendly and accommodating.

Mattress was a little hard and could have had better pillows. No bedside table to put mobile phone, spectacles etc and no lamp.

Best B&B in Cleethorpes - warm and welcoming

Ruth is amazing. She's one of only a few full B&B's in this central location, close to transport, shops, eateries and the beautiful invitating beaches of Cleethorpes. Always a pleasure to stay here, as it's home from home, especially with vegetarian breakfast options. She's able to look after every size family. I'll be back - looking forward to it!

The host is very helpful and accommodating. The property is in a great location. The rooms are a little tired, but the price I think, reflects that, so it is good value for money with a lovely cooked breakfast. Have stayed before and would recommend.

I liked the way it felt homely. The lady who greeted me was very friendly made me feel welcomed. I slept really well both nights and the breakfast was delicious.

A great value b&b stay in Cleethorpes with a friendly host and secure bicycle storage

The location is very close to central Cleethorpes, in a quiet residential area. I had secure storage for my bicycle, and the room was comfortable with tea and coffee making facilities. The host was very friendly and served a fabulous breakfast. I had a great stay on my cycling tour and would certainly stay again 👍

It was a very comfortable and warm room. Facilities for a "Budget" room exceeded my expectations. Extensive choice of breakfast, everything "Home Cooked" proper food. All this topped off by Ruth, the best Host I have encountered in 45yrs of travel. Always available, checks everything is ok, but never "In Your Face". Recommend 100%

Host was very good, friendly and accommodating. I like the ability to travel from the hotel and its nearness to Cleethorpes attractions.

It's still winter season, summer time will be a lot better.
