Good friendly owner always deals with any issues raised

I cannot answer this question as the experienced had bden faced by an associate. The room size, the staff, basic amenitues were all available. However, for what ensued inside the property was something my associate was not prepared for as a first time motel experience in cleethorpes.

There was no Honesty of problems occurring at the location before hand that will create any unnecessary inconveniences for guests.They were charging £40/ night, meanwhile a hotel very close to Grimsby station charged an additional £10 without any awkward situations brewing. Apparently, half the people stayong at the loxati0n were brandishing knives and were of questionable character. It seemed the landlord or owner did not care who was housed in their property even if this were to include social nuisances & problematic tenants previously evicted from other places and needed to be housed anywhere, all payed for by the Council. When you get the impression that anyone regardless of their character and credentials can stay inside your premises, one starts to wpnder how low or desperate can one sink to make money. I have heard of Landlords either being incompetent, lazy, or oblivious to unwanted Tenants/Guests or not even caring about Drug dealers growing weed farms inside their homes, implying they are not bothered how money is earned. However this only tarnishes one's reputation in the long run. Is short term gain really worth destroying one's reputation in the long run ? I suppose this was a one off incident, where my associate felt so uncomfortable he thought he was living in a mental asylum. And i will only be able to give a honest review until i check the place out myself in person.

Clean comfy

Location difficult to find and access - no signage. Bed linen worn and appeared unwashed. Wash basin dirty. Loo filthy. No loo roll. I left immediately and found accommodation elsewhere.

I didn't have breakfast but the facilities were great value for money, and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

Nothing - I couldn't have asked for more at such a reasonable price.

Location!

It was supposed to be a deluxe double room but was a room with 2 single beds. The room was dirty, as was the sink in the room. The cold tap didn't work. The shared bathroom was disgusting. The shower was so dirty that we couldn't use it. The toilet seat was broken and the toilet was dirty Overall, it simply wasn't worth the money!!.
