About this villa rental
The garden of Artemis Villa is 4000sq.m. It is a part of a 23000sq.m covered with olive trees private field. Every part of it has wonderful view to the sea and the mountains. Around the beautiful pool - the water comes out of a rock - there are sunbeds and parasols where you can take your sunbath enjoying the tranquility of the area. There is also a charcoal grill where you can cook delicious dishes.
The villa has two floors. Each floor has its own entrance and is designed to accommodate 4 persons. The villa consists of two equipped kitchens, two cozy living areas, two formal dining areas, two double bedrooms, two twin bedroom and two bathrooms. The bedrooms of the upper floor have private balconies, while the veranda of this floor offers an amazing panoramic view over the sea, the countryside and the mountains.
Artemis Villa is an ideal for 2 families villa, located in a peaceful area between Maleme Village and Xamoudohori Village. A long, clear beach extends in front of Maleme, while Xamoudohori is a small, hill village with wonderful panoramic view over the sea, the countryside and the mountains. The resort of Platanias with the many beach bars, restaurants, cafes and shops is about 6km away.

If you want to get away from it all but want plenty on your doorstep then Villa Artemis near Maleme in Crete provides the perfect solution. Literally five minutes up a very beaten track, it offers views of the Med, your own pool and comfort all round.

Très belle propriété dans un domaine tranquil. Vue sur ls mer du haut des collines et beaucoup d’espace pour 8 personnes. Quelques items sont défraîchis et doivent êtres changer tel que la cafetières qui est brisé, les deux grille-pain ne fonctionnent mal et le pomeau de douche.
En générale très bien et bon service avec l’agence.

I was extremly happy with my stay. The villa was spotless and is 1st class accommodation. The view was spectacular. Postioned in a large Olive grove up a track that was easily managed. A car essential to get to and from shops and Tavernas.
I ate at the Black Lantern 5 mins from villa.
Manos the owner was extremely helpful and a really nice bloke who was there for help if and when required.

Die Fotos im Inserat sind zwar nicht alle aktuell, geben Einrichtung und Wohnsituation aber dennoch sehr gut wieder. Wir verbrachten hier 2 Wochen mit 7 Personen und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt: vor allem anderen möchte ich die Hilfsbereitschaft von Manos /dem Vermieter hervorheben!
