We had a lovely week in this property. Before we left Fabio was very helpful sending us recommendations for places to go and eat. Upon arrival and during the week Eva was great. The Villa is beautiful and up in the hills amongst the Olive groves. Easy distance to Chania and other attractions. Pool is warm and large and nice and private. Air conditioning in all rooms was fantastic in the hot summer. All in all a great week.
The only minor issue was the chained up dog next door tended to bark during the night which, if you are in the back bedroom, can keep you awake. Felt very sorry for it as it was just left chained up in a dirty yard. But this is not something the owners can do anything about and does not really detract from the Villa.

This was our first visit to Crete and what a gem of a villa. Great facilities and layout of the property to take advantage of the views and tranquillity of the area. Great situation for exploring this side of the Island. Tavernas good in Maleme and beach in Maleme was very good! Recommended this property.

Even if it was February the weather was fine in Crete and we had fantastic time in this wonderful Villa that it is for sure one of the best in all Chania area and if i say that is because i have been in the past many times in Crete and in other villas.We really hope to come back again this year and enjoy also the fantastic outdoor area with the private pool and do again the fantastic dinner with BBQ looking the stunning sea . Really reccomend this house to everybody!

Very good and modern villa equipped with all the necessary .The sea view is really amazing from there and the outdoor space is very big and nice.The owner absolutely very nice and give us great ospitality!
