About this villa rental
What motivated my family to build this house was the unique location of the plot. An olive grove for more than 30 years, a vineyard before that, but always in the back of our minds an ideal place for a villa. That was our dream that came true with this house. It won't be hard for our guest to fall in love with the location. A fantastic view of the nearby sea, a surrounding of olive trees and Mediterranean wild flowers and most importantly, serene quietness.
A 40 sq.m swimming pool, an outside barbecue, a small gym and four bathrooms, a kitchen full equipped and 3 bedrooms with a sea view, a luminous and comfortable living room with unique and unhindered views of the sea complete the alluring ensemble of this villa.
A welcome home basket full of Cretan products, as well as a bottle of indigenous wine will be waiting for all of our guests. With it a detailed history of the city and suggestions with the most notable attractions worth visiting, the food and drinks worth tasting.

This is a five star villa. It’s in a great location, with stunning views across the olive trees and down to the sea. The pool is fantastic and the villa had a lot of nice touches that made our stay feel luxurious. On arrival, the villa was well-stocked with all the essentials, plus some extra treats such as olive oil from the surrounding grove and a homemade cake and honey. Errika and family are very attentive and responded quickly to any queries. During our two week stay, they cleaned the pool and villa regularly and delivered homemade treats, which were very welcome.
However I should mention that our experience was that the villa was not as peaceful and quiet as we would have liked as there is a large villa right next door which accommodates 12 people, and we found they often stayed out late talking and playing music.
But all in all it’s a wonderful villa.

We were really very pleased with our stay at Villa Kudos.
Perfect location. Very nice house, very clean and well equipped.
Warm welcome with a a wellstocked fridge - water, sodawater, eggs, bread, cheese, vegetables and a large homemade cake and a nice bottle of wine - really great. Fast and unproblematic conversation with owner in case of questions.
If you want a perfect house for a Cretan holiday Villa Kudos is a very good choice. Highly recommended

As if the warm hospitality always offered by all Greek people when we visit this country was not enough...this time we found the kindest, most caring people, who own the amazing new and brilliantly designed villa outside of Chania. The location, the view, the quality of the home, the trim and mostly the willingness to make sure every detail of our stay was beyond perfect was breathtaking!
First the home....situated in the middle of olive tree after olive tree on the side of the hill facing out directly to the most amazing view of the sea....every room, every detail, every necessity prepared and offered in the most perfect way. The house and its setting is beyond perfect. Then we add in the energy and effort of the host to make us feel welcome and more than comfortable. They blew us away!. I would recommend this home, the owner, and of course this beautiful and amazing island of Crete to anyone looking to enjoy time in the most welcoming country we have ever found.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in Maleme. Die Unterkunft war Spitze. Errikas Vater hat mehrfach griechische Leckereien vorbeigebracht, wenn er zum Reinigen des Pools kam. Wir sind spät angereist und haben uns sehr gefreut, dass Wasser, Obst Wein und Brot für uns bereit stand. Das ist nicht selbstverständlich. Unser am Fuß verletzter Sohn hat sich im Fitnessraum fit gehalten. Die Aussicht ist super. Man kann sich problemos den ganzen Tag an der Unterkunft aufhalten. Trotzdem empfehlen wir ein Auto zu mieten, denn Sehenswürdigkeiten uns schöne Strände sind einige Kilometer entfernt. Unterm Strich: Top!
