Wow, what can I say, apart from amazing little Villa with spectacular views surrounding the whole property. The villa is in a slightly remote area which means the villa is lovely and private and has very peaceful surroundings, yet it’s close enough to the local town five minute drive for amenities and even local restaurants. (CAR HIGHLY RECOMMEND) We stayed two weeks with two children and hired a car for our stay so that we could get around Chania , but it was always lovely to come back to the villa and soak up the Gorgeous views ,which could be seen from every room in the villa. The pool was an adequate size. The children had a lot of fun in it. It was lit at night and well maintained and cleaned by the host .As for the hosts we couldn’t have been looked after any better. The villa itself is very clean well equipped and nicely decorated. Manolis the property owner popped in every so often to check everything was okay, usually with a little gesture homemade cake, watermelon which was a lovely surprise. The katakis family were always reachable by messaging via booking.com. If we ever needed anything they were very accommodating and attentive. we were offered a clean each week which we greatly appreciated with two kids. The villa has a couple of local beaches 10 minutes drive or one a little further Stavros Beach which is so pretty and i highly recommend. Chania itself is just a beautiful town. We spent a lot of time in the old town so much to do and see there with endless shops, restaurants and bars only a 20 minute drive away. Overall we had a wonderful stay at katakis villa, we were very sad leaving such a beautiful place. We will definitely be returning in the future. Thank you for having us. 🫶🏻

We had a really relaxing stay at this beautiful villa. The pool and bbq area was a hit and we really enjoyed being able to eat outside every day. The house was perfectly furnished with everything we needed, and the showers and beds were very clean and comfy. Big thank you to the owner as he was very accommodating and answered any questions we had - he also came straight over when the power went out one evening and sorted it all out.
Worth noting if you’re visiting in late October like we did, that the pool does get covered by shade for parts of the afternoon. You do need to drive to get to the shops/restaurants etc but as we had a car this wasn’t a problem.

Erg fijn en schoon huis met mooi zwembad, goed bed, mooie badkamer en keurige hondenmand voor ons hondje. Heel aardig! Heel leuk, echt grieks restaurantje vlakbij beneden aan het strandje.

La maison est belle, tout équipé, la suite parentale magnifique avec une salle de bain et tres grande et une baignore jaccuzi, la chambre donnant acces a une terrace avec une vie magique.
La piscine les transats un vrai luxe, toit etait tres propre, la localisation exceptionnel car suffisament reculé pour etre au calme mais a 5 min de magasins boulangerie ect …
Il faut bien entendu une voiture.
La famille qui s’occupe de la location est tres gentil et toujours disponible pour nous aider dans tout.
Leur accueil fut tres chaleureux.
Mes enfants se sont tout simplement eclaté ici !
Je recommande vivement.
Plage de stavros tres belle a 20 min en voiture
sinon la vieille ville de la Canee est exeptionnelle
Le Mega place avec son bowling top et tres belle vue pour manger.
Parc aquatique Limnoupolis canon et le karting a cote
Le jardin botanique fantastic
La visite en bateau de Balos et Gramvousa top!
Sinon les plages de la Canee sont tres decevante l’eau n’etait pas propre pleins de plastiques
