About this house rental

• Two traditional ovens, while Sarris family is there to teach you the basic tips to bake on wood.
• Local wine, raki, vegetables, olive oil and fruits all produced by the professional owner farmer are offered
• 4 mountain bikes free available
• 2 min drive to Maleme beach, grocery, tavern / restaurant, market
• 10 min drive to Platanias
• 20 min drive to Chania Old Town
• Countryside location by a typical Cretan village
• Traditional "rakokazano" (a caldron where we put the regionʼs local traditional spirit, "raki")
• large pergola offering its shadow thanks to the wonderful vine, full of grapes.
• Cleaning service every 2 days

• Strategic location to reach the famous beach of Balos, Elafonissi, Falasarna
Upper floor (main entrance accessible by stone stair):
→ Living room with fire place and Sat TV
→ Full equipped kitchen with dining area
→ 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed each and one en-suite bathroom each (wc + shower)
→ 1 mezzanine bedroom with double bed + balcony with outdoor dining area and sea view
Lower / gorund floor:
→ internal stair that brings you from the upper floor to the ground floor
→ 1 bedroom with double bed with furnished courtyard, with an independent entrance and access to the garden
→ 1 bathroom with shower

traditional house in very nice place. Apartment is big, comfortable cozy and clean. We find there everything what we need. Place is perfect for people with children.
Xirokampi area was ideal for relaxation, specially when u need it! 3 km from the sea side of Maleme!
The owners are incredibly nice and helpful.I totally recommend this great house and i would love to visit it again!

This is a great place! After several stays in Kriti we finally found the ultimate place in this traditional house with all the modern facilities you need to spend wonderful holidays. You feel like indigenous, you feel at home, surrounded by a beautiful landscape. The place is peaceful and authentically furnished with love and respect for traditional cretan housing. Maro and Tassos can introduce you to greek cooking which is a divine experience. we surely will return to Xirocampi!

C'est une maison de rêves dans un village sur la montagne dans les oliviers et à 5min de la plage!La vue est d'une beauté indescriptible vers la "mer" d'oliviers et la mer Egée!L'accueil des propriétaires est très chaleureux,exceptionnel,amical!Nous nous sentons comme à la maison!Des très bons produits crétois bio nous attendent à notre arrivée : la meilleure huile d'olive du monde, du vin, des légumes et fruits de leur jardin,de la tsikoudia de Tassos!La maison est très spacieuse et très bien équipée. La terrasse est magnifique, la piscine très amusante avec le vieux mûrier à côté. Le "highlight" pour les beaux jours et les soirées en famille et entre amis est la cuisine extérieure! Traditionnelle,faite avec du goût,c'est là où on passe les plus belles soirées ou le matin en sirotant un bon café grec!La cuisine de Maro, qui nous fait goûter avec beaucoup d'amour en dévoilant ses secrets et vieilles recettes est un régal! Ainsi que le pain de Tassos fait selon la recette de sa maman!C'était un séjour de rêve dans un coin de paradis!À répéter sans limites!!!
