Just an incredible place. Absolutely perfect in every way, even bigger than the photos, and the kindest hosts imaginable

Would so love to return. We were a group of 8 adults and it was so perfect. The villa is huge, so well equipped and much bigger than it looks in the pictures. There are so many wonderful outdoor areas to relax in and we made full use of the amazing BBQ and the pool. The hosts were incredibly kind and responsive, and welcomed us with an enormous fruit bowl, a delicious zucchini pie, a bottle of white and a bottle of olive oil. Couldn't have asked for a better stay and can't recommend it enough!

The best villa we have rented. Will hopefully return.

Everything. The host was available almost all hours of the day and night by WhatsApp. The pool was amazing. We loved that there was a space for everyone to have some private time or everyone to be together.

The cicadas were very loud during the day but they didn’t do anything but make noise and we kind of got used to it after a few days.

Beautiful villa in a quiet area.

Fabulous villa. Our group of 9 ladies felt totally relaxed during our stay with plenty of room to stretch out. The large pool was amazing & we enjoyed using the pool inflatables. The beach towels were soft and fluffy. Inside the villa there was a play station and lots of games. Eveywhere was very clean and the beds were super comfy. The kitchens were very well equipped. Matt the host was so friendly & accommodating. He showed us round the villa explaining how everything worked. He even organised a mini bus to take us back to the airport. The location is in an area very quiet in the forest. We only heard a couple of cars going past so ideal for a total chill out break. Bus to Chania was €2.50 or €15 for a taxi. The sunsets around the harbour are beautiful and lots of shops/ restaurants. Would highly recommend the villa and we look forward to returning. Thankyou Matt and family.

Fantastic place! Beautiful House and remarkable garden with a pool. Great and helpful owner, with extremly large knowledge about Crete and local area. I recomend this villa strongly!

Beautiful stay in a beautiful villa

The Villa was incredible, we were met by Matt on arrival who kindly showed us around the villa and explained everything. The property is beautiful, just as the pictures, very well equipped - everything you could need to live here can be found from kitchen equipment, games, towels and blankets in abundance. We came as a group of 10 and everyone loved the place, plenty of space for hosting but also enough space if some down time is needed. Location wise, the villa is remote enough to enjoy a peaceful stay but also has a supermarket and bakery within walking distance, a car would be recommended to venture into Chania town and the beautiful surrounding beaches. Would recommend the villa for anyone looking for a special trip, thankyou for a wonderful stay!

Spacious out of town villa

The villa is out of town and we didn't manage to work out the bus so a car makes things a lot easier. Otherwise a taxi costs E20 to town. It is possible to walk to a few local shops, Aldi is 15 mins walk and there are a couple of restaurants that you can walk to. The area is quite nice with woodland surrounding. There are nice views from the villa, it feels spacious and well equipped. Beds are comfortable and there are plenty of provisions in the kitchen, olive oil, fruit etc. Very clean, lots of towels, games, cinema room, bbq fuel. The beaches on the peninsular where the airport is are very nice, lovely restaurants and very close (20 min) from the villa. Carte Postale a bar/restaurant 10 mins walk from the villa has amazing views, cocktails and food - highly recommended but the service can be a bit iffy - still worth going though!

The pool is in quite a shady area and as we were staying in October this made it quite cold, we didn't spend much time in it. It is also much smaller than it looks on the photos and very shallow depth. We were a group of 7 adults. The bathrooms felt tight (one reasonable sized one upstairs and a very pokey shower room, one downstairs) Both showers not great but were hot. One of the upstairs doubles had a constant humming noise coming from the a/c unit (it wasn't being used) It didn't seem possible to unplug the unit from anywhere and despite a few messages to the owner to try and sort it out it wasn't solved. It was audible even with ear plugs in! There was also quite a lot of dogs barking in the area at night.

The best villa and host I have ever booked with. I hope to come back!

The villa is absolutely perfect! The pool is a good size, my friends and I played volleyball in it for hours. The house has amazing views at sunset and lots of space where you can eat outdoors and lounge around. There is also a very well stocked kitchen, lots of board games, sports equipment like badminton and table tennis (we played beer pong) and the bedrooms were all of good size. There is nothing I can fault about this villa!

This place is beautiful! it really is luxury! very clean and well maintained. views are outstanding of Chania and white mountains! Hosts were amazing and couldn’t do enough for us, even welcomed us with a homemade Greek pie, wine, beer and a fridge of food! they were accommodating to our requests and very good communication. The villa has everything a person could need to have a fantastic stay! Didn’t want to leave it felt like home. Would stay again in the blink of an eye.

Amazing

The villa is absolutely amazing, I was in a party of 11 ages ranging from 2 - 75 and it suited us all. The grounds of the villa are beautiful and well kept. It was much bigger than the pictures showed and is really impressive. Manthos and Athena were there to greet us even though it was midnight and had made us a lovely meal which was really welcomed. They were very helpful with any questions that I had before I got there and were on hand the whole time if needed. The accommodation downstairs with it's own kitchen and seating area was great for mum and dad to have some quiet time and peaceful sleep and had a cute little seating area outside their window. The cinema room was great, even watched the Liverpool game and had a film night. My nephew was over the moon to find a games console with a VR headset, kept him entertained whilst he was bored waiting for the adults to be ready. The villa had everything we needed, toys for the baby, ghd's for the girls, ice dispenser for the drinks and a coffee machine for the morning after. The area is so quiet. We had booked cars and the town was literally a ten minute drive with a large free car park. There was a Lidl 3 minutes drive away which was great for the essentials, dad is lactose free and had stuff to suit him.

The willa was located on hills with beautiful wives, spacious garden with green plants and a pool surrounded by olive trees. The staff were sensational, and happily catered to every request.

Can’t wait to go back

The villa was amazing. It has absolutely every appliance you could possibly need, super clean, comfy beds, very safe neighbourhood. The hosts make you feel super welcome and can provide you with anything you need. There wasn’t a single bad thing we could say about our stay. Very private yet still has amazing views and super relaxing. Would suit a large family. We travelled without a car and the shops were easily available by foot along with other amenities. Lovely take away place 5 mins walking aswell. Would definetly recommend for anyone that is looking for a quiet holiday as the place is so quiet and relaxing. Pool was cleaned every 2 days and the hosts brought us lots of Greek food to try out. Loved our stay ❤️

Villa très bien entretenue et pensée comme pour soi. La terrasse immense avec différents endroits pour profiter en fonction du climat et des heures de la journée. Der Vermieter hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen, mit seiner freundlichen Art, einem riesigem Obstkorb, Raki und einem selbtgebackenem Kuchen von seiner Frau. Wirklich toll!!

Man kann eine seite der Terasse ab 23:00 Uhr quasi nicht mehr nutzen, da sich eine Anwohnerein regelmäßig beschwert.
