Koukounari luxury villa

An absolute masterpiece! There aren't enough stars to rate Koukonary Luxury Villa!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ From the moment we arrived, we were completely blown away. The villa is absolutely gorgeous, and the attention to detail is unmatched. There is literally a zero percent chance of finding anything negative to say about this place—it is pure perfection. The villa is equipped beyond belief. You can find everything from a needle and thread to every single kitchen appliance, tool, and utensil you could ever dream of. The towels are luxurious and plush, the cleanliness is absolutely flawless, and the beds are incredibly comfortable. On top of that, having a modern TV with Netflix made our relaxing evenings perfect. Mr. Matt is an exceptional host—truly a wonderful human being who went above and beyond for us. He even surprised us by sending cleaners halfway through our stay to make sure everything remained pristine. It is completely obvious why this villa holds a 9.8 rating on Booking. Everything is at the absolute highest level. If you are looking for a flawless, luxury experience in Chania, look no further. We cannot wait to return!

Spacious, clean, and well-equipped. Terrace views, especially in the evenings, were a highlight, and the pool area. Everything was comfortable and well-maintained.

Beautiful villa with absolutely everything you could want or need. The house, rooms, pool, terraces and entertainment spaces were just perfect. Great location - it felt quiet and relaxed but 5 min drive to the supermarket, 10 mins to Chania town and 20 mins to some really amazing beaches. Matt was a wonderful host - meeting us with the keys when we arrived, leaving welcome food and drinks (including a delicious homemade courgette & feta pie), and answering instantly when we messaged him about a few small things during our stay. We went with our 1 year old and he had arranged so many thoughtful touches for her, which made everything so easy and even more enjoyable. Would really recommend and stay again in a heartbeat!

We had some trouble with mosquitoes - not the accommodations fault, just take some repellent.

Very spacious, very good facilities like the cinema room, good air con, excellent kitchen, accommodated 8 people with ease

One of the bathrooms was very small, the pool is small and not very deep - everyone enjoyed using the pool but not being able to jump in was an issue with three little boys!
