Comfortable stay, great location

Great location, walkable distance to the old town. 2 mins walk from the bus station that takes you to and from the airport for just €2,50 per way. Comfortable and spacious apartment . The roof top is beautiful too, its a shared space available to all residents from 9am to 9pm.

An improvement point would be to add more private curtains in the blue and pink rooms. They share a balcony and the current curtains are see-through. Also no way to block out sunshine if you wish to.

The apartment is in a terrific area for walking to the old town and nearby beaches. It has good sized balconies with views over the water and the mountains. Lots of space for four people with a big and clean kitchen. Our host was very friendly and welcoming - including dropping off fresh fruit each morning!

There is only one air con which wasn't working very well, which meant the bedrooms were very hot. We ended up sleeping out on the couches. But our host did give us another fan so in the end we were comfortable and very much enjoyed our stay

An exceptionally lovely apartment close to the town and beach.

This is a lovely, modern 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment, perfectly situated for the old town and the beach. The whole place is immaculate and the fixtures and fittings all look brand new. We were met by the owner who greeted us with a very welcome glass of raki. There's even a rooftop terrace with amazing views, BBQ equipment and a small pool for use by the guests. As the private parking space was occupied, we found free parking within minutes walk of the property. The beds were very comfortable. A really lovely apartment. .

The perfect appartment in Chania

Thodoris was an excellent host! Not only the beautiful city of Chania but also Thodoris and the appartment made our stay extraordinary. We spent 2 weeks in his Loft Appartment as a Family with 2 kids and we all loved it. The appartment is equipped with everything you'll need and exactly as shown on the pictures. The two terraces are very spacious and a nice place to relax. We found a plate with fresh fruits every morning in front of our door. The pool on the shared rooftop is nice for a short refresh on a warm day. The location is perfect, very close (under 5mins walk) to the old town where you'll find plenty of shops and restaurants but yet a quiet area at night and just a short walk to the small beach. The bigger beach Nea Chora is a 20min walk or short bus ride away. Bus stops are directly around the corner of the appartment. Thanks again to Thodoris and his Family for the warm hospitality! Us and the kids are already looking forward to staying there again! Warm regards from all of us

High quality, value for money and great location.

Just a few minutes walk from the centre of Chania, and with an off-road parking space (for a fee), this was a great place to stay whilst we were working in Crete. Mr Benakis was very welcoming and met us on arrival. From the daily deliveries of fruit or the bottle of superb organic home-grown red that he provided, we were very well looked after. We even managed to have a barbecue on the terrace. Lovely apartment and we will be back!

I didn't like the mosquito that was resident in my room. But she was evicted with extreme prejudice when I found her hiding place on the last day after she had particularly enjoyed attempting to exsanguinate me during the week.

The location was superb. we were not in the heart of the old town, but close enough to stroll easily down to the Harbour. we were also in close proximity to beaches to swim at and excellent local markets for fresh meat, fruit and veggies and bread. Thodoris is the epitome of hospitable. he welcomed us warmly with a glass of raki and a bottle of his own wine from his own vineyard, showed us the apartment, chatted with us as if we were family friends. every day we had a bowl of fresh fruit on our doorstep. we could not recommend Thodoris and this apartment any more highly.

We recently had a two week stay at ChaniaStay apartments and we enjoyed every moment. The apartment was clean, spacious and well-equipped and the location perfect for walking to the old town and accessing restaurants and shopping areas. A swimming area was just a few minutes walk away and was a lovely start to the day. The host was excellent, very friendly, helpful and generous, nothing was too much trouble and we were spoilt each morning with different fruits delivered to our door to enjoy. We look forward to staying at ChaniaStay apartments again and would definitely recommend them to any travellers to Chania.

Fabulous sunny apartment walking distance to everything!

location was great, kitchen had everything we needed to cook with the welcome addition of salt, pepper, oil and vinegar and plenty of other staples. Thodoris left us different fruit everyday.

Building site next door but they didn’t work unsociable hours so no problem for us at all.

Spacious modern apt in city center w private parking!

So many great things about this place: Great location, private parking, clean and modern elevator. Beautiful spacious apartment with huge terrace x 2. All the extras you could want in the kitchen and bathroom. We could easily stay here for weeks! Great place for families with 2 nice parks on either side. Close to everything you want in Chania. Thodoris is a great host and left fruit outside everyday and gave us wine and rakomelo, he was also super friendly and helpful with recommendations and allowed us to check out late which is always helpful when you have kids. We hope to return!

The only minor thing was the mattresses were a little soft for our liking, but still very comfortable!

Memorable stay in Chania with a perfect location

The host of the accommodation was really hospitable, for example bringing fresh fruit every morning. Basic breakfast items such as coffee, tea, margarine, etc. were also available, although the actual breakfast was not included. The apartment itself was really cozy with two large balconies. It was also quiet, although located in the center.

Superb

Great, spacious, and very well equipped apartment with two large balconies. In addition, you can use the rooftop terrace with beautiful views of Chania and the surrounding area. Thodoris, the host, is extremely nice, friendly and helpful. We were welcomed with a bottle of homemade wine, and we got fresh fruits every morning. Also, walking to downtown Chania just takes a couple of minutes, so all in all we really enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back some day.

The apartment was fantastic!

The apartment was fantastic! Plenty of space with two huge balconies, with beautiful view. Excellent equipped, everything than can imagine and need, even more… Location is perfect, close to the old city and the old market, to the touristic centre.Also very close to buss-stops for the airport and the port. But the best thing was our host Thodoris(!) We felt it like home, which it is not very usual: to go somewhere and to meet you as a relative, the cretan-greek hospitality is fаmous but in this case was more!!!

La struttura è assolutamente eccellente sotto ogni punto di vista , molto pulita , accogliente , completa di tutto, in una posizione comoda e strategica vicino al centro storico . Ad uso di tutti , oltre alle attrezzature per il mare, c’è una terrazza sul tetto con magnifica vista , cucina e piscina che da sola merita il soggiorno . Menzione speciale per Teodoris , un padrone di casa eccellente e disponibile , prodigo di consigli per organizzare meglio il viaggio e sempre estremamente gentile e presente! Complimenti davvero! Qui si percepisce la differenza tra il semplice ospitare ed accogliere !

Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία. Καταπληκτική τοποθεσία, ιδανικό για εξορμήσεις και πολύ κοντά σε όλα τα σημεία ενδιαφέροντος στα χανιά/ Τo penthouse είναι ονειρεμένο , και το ρακόμελο καταπληκτικό. Καταπληκτικός άνθρωπος ο Κος Θοδωρής, ο ορισμός της φιλοξενίας, μας κατατόπισε πλήρως για ότι θέλαμε να δούμε , με ιδιαίτερες συμβουλές για εστιατόρια, παραλίες, εξορμήσεις κλπ., το ρακόμελο και τα φρέσκα φρουτα που μας άφηνε καθημερινα ήταν θαυμάσια.

Κε Θοδωρή, αφήστε λίγο παραπάνω το βράδυ ανοικτό το penthouse (έως τις 10.00 ας πούμε), γιατί είναι καταπληκτικό. (Κε θοδωρή σας πειράζω λίγο...) Η μόνη δυσκολία είναι το parking , αλλά δεν είναι θέμα του διαμερίσματος αλλά γενικότερο της πόλης των Χανίων. Ο οικοδεσπότης φρόντισε όσο περνούσε από το χέρι του και για αυτό και τον ευχαριστούμε ιδιαιτέρως.

בעל הבית נולד בבניין אותו הוא משכיר כדירות מקסימות בלב חאניה. אנחנו זכינו לישון בדירה בה הוא נולד. בכל בוקר בפתח הדלת חיכו לנו פירות שונים. האדיבות, הניקיון, המבנה במרכז חאניה קרוב לכל מקום והשירות היו מעל ומעבר. מעולה למשפחות.

Тодорис беше много любезен още преди пристигането ни. Отговори на всичките ми въпроси, които не бяха малко. Изчака ни, въпреки че имаше проблем с трансфера ни и се забавихме с около час. Посрещна ни с Ракомело за добре дошли и ни даде полезни напътствия. Всяка сутрин имаше плодове пред вратата. Предостави ни плажни кърпи. Има почти всичко което трябва да има в един апартамент. Апартаменгът ни(на 1 етаж) имаше дълга тераса за двете стаи. Терасата на 5 етаж е страхотна, но не я използвахме както се надявах. Ханя предоставя много възможности и не остава време за нея.

Стаите са малки, особено за апартамент от 95кв.м. както пишеше когато резервирах.. Шкафът в стаята с плъзгащата вратичка до половината, ако е отворен може би ще може да се използва по-добре, защото така е неизползваем половината, а определено си трябва, за да можеш да си подредиш дрехите от куфара. Телевизор има само в едната стая. Т.е. не е приложимо използването му от гостите от другите стаи. Може би ако е на място в общо помещение би бил по-полезен. Тоалетните принадлежности са тези които са оставени в началото на престоя независимо от нощувките и броя на хората в апартамента.. Климатикът е един за целия апартамент и си оставяхме през нощта отворени вратите на стаите за да се охлаждат. Вратата на едната баня не се затваря. Може би е добре да има ключ.

Nel complesso, un soggiorno più che positivo. Struttura consigliata!

L’host è stato gentilissimo sin dal primo momento: ci ha accolto direttamente in strada e ci ha accompagnato all’appartamento, illustrandoci ogni dettaglio con grande disponibilità. Successivamente ci ha portati a visitare anche l’attico, dove si trova una splendida piscina con vista sul tramonto. Qui ci ha offerto una deliziosa bevanda fatta in casa, approfittandone per consigliarci attrazioni e locali della zona. L’attico non era compreso nella nostra prenotazione, ma non sappiamo se sia disponibile per l'affitto: nel caso lo fosse, lo consigliamo assolutamente! Un’altra piacevolissima sorpresa è stata trovare al mattino, davanti alla porta d’ingresso, della frutta fresca lasciata dall’host: un gesto semplice ma molto apprezzato. La struttura è situata in una posizione comodissima, a soli 5 minuti a piedi dal centro di Chania. Sotto casa è disponibile un parcheggio a pagamento, ma a pochi minuti si trova anche un parcheggio gratuito. L’appartamento era pulito, ben curato e perfettamente adatto a ospitare sei persone.

L’unico punto debole è il bagno: molto piccolo, privo di finestre e, considerando che eravamo in sei, un po’ scomodo nella gestione quotidiana.

Fantastisch ruim volledig ingericht appartement op toplokatie!

Fantastisch appartement: groot, comfortabel, massagedouche en aan werkelijk alles was gedacht. Zelfs houten rackets en parasol om mee te nemen naar het strand. Fantastisch mooi strandje op 5 minuten lopen afstand. Ook prachtig uitzicht op bergen en zelfs een stuk zee en dat midden in het centrum op zeer rustige lokatie. En tot slot de ontzettend lieve eigenaar Thodoris. Warm welkom, iedere dag een verassing voor je deur. Van heerlijk rijpe abrikozen tot vers geperst sinaasappelsap. We voelden ons hier thuiskomen. En 2 van de grootste en mooiste balkons met stenen barbecue die ik ooit gezien heb. 1 balkon voor de ochtendzon en 1 balkon voor de middagzon, met heerlijke luchtstreken en prachtige aankleding van planten. Werkelijk overal was aan gedacht.
