ChaniaStay Central Apartments

Ev sahibi Thodoris çok arkadaş canlısı, iyi karakterli ve cömert birisi. Bize kendi el yapımı nefis şarabından hediye etti. Ayrıca her sabah kapımıza meyveler bıraktı. Son gün Thodoris çatı katında arkadaşları için düzenlediği partiye bizi de davet ett. Dolunay altındaki parti çok güzeldi. Thodoris, arkadaşı Stelios ve diğer tüm arkadaşlarını çok sevdik. Evin konumu çok güzel. Hanya’da her yere yürüyerek ulaşabilirsiniz. Daire çok temiz ve büyüktü. Balkon ve teras çok keyifliydi. Bir gün tekrar Thodoris’in evinde konaklama hayaliyle ayrıldık.

Beğenmediğimiz bir şey olmadı.

We had a very pleasant stay at ChaniaStay Central Apartments. The apartment was clean, comfortable, spacious and very pleasant to stay in. The owner was absolutely wonderful — warm, kind, friendly and always available to help with anything we needed. His attitude made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. The location was also very convenient, and overall we felt very comfortable in the apartment. We would happily stay here again and warmly recommend it to others.

The main things we liked less were that there was no air conditioning in the bedrooms, and the apartment is a little farther from the sea than we expected. We also felt that the Booking.com presentation was somewhat misleading. The photos give the impression that the terrace with the barbecue, pool and view is part of the apartment itself. In reality, the terrace does exist and includes all of these features, but it is located four floors above the apartment and is shared with the other guests. Had we understood this clearly in advance, we probably would not have chosen this specific apartment.

La struttura è in posizione centrale, a due passi dal centro e questo è davvero un punto a favore per chi cerca una soluzione comoda senza dover usare per forza la macchina. L’appartamento è stupendo, accogliente, dotato di ogni comfort. Attenzione del personale delle pulizie nel soddisfare le nostre esigenze. Theodoris, il proprietario, è una persona gentilissima, sempre pronta ad ascoltare le esigenze del cliente e davvero ospitale. Un punto a favore per il rooftop all’ultimo piano con possibilità di rilassarsi godendo di una vista panoramica bellissima sulla città. Consigliatissimo

La ubicación era buena. Cerca de la zona turística y de tiendas y supermercados, pero lejos de playas de mediana calidad.

Realmente el anuncio no dice la verdad sobre el alojamiento. Se ofrece un ático con cuatro habitaciones y zona de estar, piscina y barbacoa. Sin embargo, la azotea no pertenece al apartamento, es una zona de coliving. No es un apartamento turístico al uso. Es , más bien, un apartamento para estudiantes con zona de coliving en otra planta. Dentro del apartamento, que se ofrece para 7 personas, que era nuestro grupo, solo hay 4 dormitorios con cama, armario y escritorio (y ya) y un baño. Hay una pequeña estancia con un fregadero y una lavadora. En uno de los dormitorios hay utensilios de cocina ( una cazuela eléctrica y una placa de inducción y una cafetera). Y en mitad del pasillo hay una nevera. También hay un cuarto de baño completo. La única zona en que podíamos estar todos juntos era en la terraza en la que había 7 sillas y una mesa. La zona común, de la azotea, solo está abierta de 9:00 a 21:00 horas, por lo que tienes que cenar antes de esta hora. Además es una zona para todo el bloque, no para nuestro apartamento como decía el anuncio. Thodoris, el propietario, es muy amable e hizo todo lo posible porque nuestra estancia fuese agradable, pero no era lo que íbamos buscando. Las reseñas que leímos antes de la reserva no se corresponden con la realidad.
