What I liked most was the exceptional location and the outstanding views, which were truly the highlight of the stay. The apartment overall left a very positive impression, and despite some challenges, it remains an excellent place primarily because of where it is situated. Two of the most famous bougatza places were also less than three minutes walking distance, which was a great added bonus. Taking into consideration the central location, even the parking situation, although requiring a lot of patience, was manageable and somewhat expected.
What I did not like was that the apartment did not have a washing machine even though it was listed among the amenities, and the space felt smaller than what the images portrayed. The layout was also surprising, as you enter directly into the bedroom rather than a living area. The entrance through an alley can feel quite dark at night, and the building itself resembles an older office block with narrow elevators. Additionally, during the last two days the hot water was inconsistent, switching on and off.

The apartment is located on the 5th floor, has an elevator. It has a view of the city and the mountain, and the sea is partially visible. The place is clean, comfortable big bed and everything you need for your stay. It is close to the bus station, the port and many shops and restaurants. The communication with the hosts is very good and they respond quickly.
I didn't like that it was rainy and cold on the day of our arrival. When we got to the apartment around 8pm it was cold, it would have been nice if they had turned on the air conditioning. There was also a problem with the hot water, but the next day everything was fine. and the jacuzzi doesn't work in the winter.Apart from that, it went very well, we liked it😃

L’emplacement est idéal : vous êtes en plein centre-ville, ce qui permet d’avoir accès à tout directement à pied une fois la voiture garée. L’appartement est spacieux et confortable, et le propriétaire répond généralement assez rapidement en cas de besoin. De plus, des photos et vidéos explicatives sont envoyées pour faciliter l’entrée, la sortie ainsi que l’utilisation du jacuzzi, ce qui est appréciable.
Malheureusement, la propreté laisse vraiment à désirer. Dès notre arrivée, alors que nous déchargions nos valises, une dame est entrée dans notre logement avec ses enfants. Cela révèle un vrai problème de sécurité : en discutant avec elle, nous avons découvert que la propriétaire peut ouvrir les portes à distance, et que sa propre carte de chambre (elle logeait dans la chambre 1) pouvait ouvrir la chambre 3, alors qu’il y avait déjà des affaires d’autres clients à l’intérieur. Paradoxalement, sa carte ne fonctionnait même pas pour sa propre chambre. Niveau sécurité, c’est donc clairement à revoir.
Autre point important : les photos ne correspondent absolument pas à la réalité. La chambre reste correcte, mais ce n’est pas celle que nous avions réservée. En fait, vous n’avez qu’une faible chance d’obtenir la chambre montrée lors de la réservation. C’est donc, selon nous, une publicité mensongère.
Enfin, concernant le parking, attention : il est indiqué sur Booking qu’il y a un parking privé, mais en réalité il n’y en a aucun. Ce ne sont que des parkings payants à proximité. Et si vous arrivez vers midi ou l’après-midi, vous n’aurez quasiment aucune chance de trouver une place dans les rues alentour car le quartier est saturé et bondé de monde. Vous serez bloqués dans les bouchons et obligés d’aller dans un parking payant. Pour information, le seul endroit où nous avons pu garer notre voiture plus de deux jours sans souci était le Parking Plaza. Sachez aussi que si vous bougez votre voiture, il faut la replacer tard dans la nuit (vers minuit – 1h du matin) pour espérer trouver une place gratuite. Sinon, comptez environ 3 € de l’heure dans les parkings alentours.
