Off Apartments

The apartment is gorgeous and cosy with everything you need. Lovely balcony to sit and have coffee on! Very comfortable and firm bed and you’ll find all the basics in the kitchen. The host is brilliant, communicates really well and I have no doubt she’d have been great had there been any issues, which there weren’t! Location is perfect, right near town and the harbour. Highly recommend and would stay again :)

There has been mention of noise from the larger of the two apartments. Having stayed in both, the stairs are creaky and so some noise is unavoidable but it’s always temporary. Hopefully future guests will read my review and wear the slippers provided to keep noise softer. This is more to do with courteous guests than a flaw in the property itself. Don’t let it put you off booking 🙏🏼

Loved everything! It’s exactly like the photos, just stunning. The terrace is perfect for morning coffee looking over at the mountains! The beds are comfortable, with firm mattresses. You’ll find pretty much everything you need, even an umbrella which was necessary during my April visit! I’m a regular visitor to Chania so didn’t need much assistance but the host was brilliant with communications and I’m sure if I did need anything she’d have been responsive. The location is great, right on the doorstep of the Venetian harbour but far enough out to give you peace and quiet. If you have a car, it’s no secret that parking is difficult during peak season but this shouldn’t put you off. There’s a free parking lot or a paid one just 6 minute walk away. A bit of patience with this is all you need and is part of the experience. Overall I would recommend this place and look forward to returning again soon! :)

This isn’t a dislike, it’s more of a courtesy note that the stairs from the 1st floor to the 2nd floor cause some noise for the neighbouring apartment so be mindful of this and wear the slippers provided to soften the footstep noise for other guests.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Off Apartments, and it was truly a fantastic experience from start to finish. The apartment was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with everything one could need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The combination of modern design and cozy ambiance made it feel like a true home away from home. The location is ideal – situated in just a short walk from Venetian harbour, city centre, local shops, cafes, and attractions, yet in a quiet area. It’s the perfect base for exploring the city while enjoying peace and quiet at the end of the day. The hosts, Eleni and Manos, were incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful, offering great recommendations and making sure everything was perfect throughout my stay. Their hospitality really made a difference and added a personal touch to the whole experience. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Off Apartments to anyone visiting the area. It exceeded all my expectations!

Appartamento nuovissimo! Pulizia impeccabile come mai trovata altrove. Arredato con ottimo gusto, design pulito. Letto, bagno e cucina confortevoli. Comunicazione eccellente dal check in al check out tramite messaggio. Posizione perfetta, in centro ma ad una via di distanza dalle zone più caotiche quindi ottimo per il riposo notturno. Per chi ha necessità di parcheggio in zona si trovano posti su strada a pagamento o gratuiti se si è fortunati oppure anche parcheggi comunali a pagamento.
