Excellent location, minutes from the harbour, everything on your doorstep. Plenty of bars and restaurants.

Some people may be disturbed by the noise but you are in a central location, and we coped with it!

Maria was extremely responsive in assisting us with taxi arrangements, a necessity in Chania as most drivers work independently of a company. Maria and the hotel have a relationship with a number of excellent taxi drivers which greatly facilitated our time in Chania. Also Oliva, the housekeeper, always greeted us with a smile and did a great job keeping our room neat and clean. Oliva had the habit of appearing with with a bottle of wine or small bottles of raki as gifts at various times :-) Included breakfasts at from Salis Restaurant at the shore a 5 minute walk from the hotel were excellent as well.

Nival Luxery Suites is nicely centrally located with the shore and many other features within walking distance. This is a definite plus, but along with that goes a lack of local parking, though there is parking off-site. This was not much of an issue for us as we did use a rental car until our departure day, but it might be for others.

The room had a nice balcony over a street. It was very clean, which is always the most important thing to us. We liked that the property was in a calmer part of the city, with not so many tourists. Maria, with whom we’ve been in touch during our stay, was just wonderful and helped us with everything we asked.

Absolutely nothing. Parking around is a bit difficult, because the property is in a historic centre, but that was clear already before we booked, so this is nothing to complain about. Maria was very kind to recommend us parking sites nearby.

Maria, the manager constantly kept in touch prior to our arrival and arranged a taxi to pick us up at the airport, on arrival at the property we were met by Olivia the housekeeper. She was an absolute star always smiling and ever so helpful nothing was ever too much trouble, and always left our apartment (room 4) spotless. The roof terrace was a real luxury such a lovely place to relax in. The whole property is immaculate within 5 minute walk to the old town yet far enough away to escape the crowds. Because we and a late flight home we were lucky that Marie was able to let us have a late checkout, she also ordered us a taxi to return to the airport We'd have no hesitation in recomending this property
