View, location, cleanliness, room size, housekeeping staff. Easy walking distance to all main Chania attractions.
TV in the room was impossible to figure out, with 2 remotes and no instructions. Also, while the property was beautiful, be aware that there are no elevators/lifts. All the rooms are on the 2nd & 3rd floor, which is difficule when carrying suitcases

Large clean room. Outside terrace an excellent area but not much shade to find during the afternoon. Staff were very helpful.
Room was up several flights of stairs so be aware if not as fit as you'd like. Sea front got very busy when the cruise ships were in Souda nearby.
