Nice place but if your looking for a quaint Venetian interior it’s not it!

In a very good position for the old port and town. Lots of parking nearby and nestled amongst many cafes and restaurants.

I wouldn’t describe it as luxurious but nicely done! The sofa was hard as a rock not comfortable at all.

Fantastic location and clean

Fantastic location in the old town and really close to all our favourite restaurants. The host was very helpful upon booking, offering any help with excursions and attractions etc. She also arranged our taxi to the airport for us. Very clean room and spacious for all luggage. It can be noisy at nighttime but we didn't mind too much.

The only problem was the plug in the bathroom sink. On the second-to-last night, it got stuck and wouldn't release so water could go down the drain. So we had to use living room sink to brush teeth. Very minor but needs sorting.

Was smaller than I thought the pictures portrayed( but that could be my interpretation). Would be nice to turn off balcony light at night as it was too bright for us when sitting outside.

The Luxury Suite truly lives up to its name! Stylish, spotless, and full of comfort, we loved every detail. The bathroom is stunning, the balcony is perfect for relaxing, and the bed… incredibly soft and cozy, we slept like babies. The space is open and beautifully designed, making us feel right at home from the moment we walked in. It’s located super centrally, with cool bars just one street away, but don’t worry, once the door is closed, it’s quiet and peaceful for a good night’s sleep. Everything was just perfect. We would absolutely stay here again!🩷🌞

Location,location, location! This property is perfectly placed for anything you could want or need in Chania old town. Maria the host is so friendly and helpful, you couldn’t ask for more. The cleaner onsite, Olivia is so kind and friendly and keeps the whole property clean to a very high standard. We loved our time here and would come back again!

Awesome, not long enough!

We loved our stay at Nival luxury Suites. Large room, great shower, awesome air con, large terrace was great and the unit was central to everything. Maria from the moment we booked kept us informed, provided some recommendations and checked in with us during our stay. Olivia was also amazing helping with our bags and cleaning our room.

Perfect

Beautiful place in an amazing location - right in the old town and close to the harbour, but in a quieter spot away from the main crowds. The outdoor terrace was spacious and perfect for lounging in the evenings as the sun set. Maria and her team were also excellent - quick and responsive via WhatsApp and happy to arrange anything I needed. Would absolutely recommend

Amazing apartment. Perfect location.

Contemporary apartment, great shower and comfy bed. Nice little extras left by Maria. Perfect location. Maria was extremely helpful from arranging transport from the airport to making sure our stay was perfect, nothing was too much trouble. Maria gave us lots of information and tips for Chania and surrounding beaches. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Fabulous apartment in the perfect location

Fantastic location right in the heart of the old town. Everything you need within the apartment for a comfortable stay. The owner of the property was fantastic. I’ve never experienced anyone so attentive. Always available to provide advice or assistance if needed. Can’t recommend her or the apartment enough. 1st class

Great stay in Chania close to everything

We loved our stay at Nival Luxury Suites. The apartment was spacious, the bed comfortable and there was plenty of room for our luggage. We had a balcony which was very handy for drying our swimming costumes and beach towels overnight. Maria the manager was particularly helpful, being able to be contacted via Whatsapp whenever required. She provided great restaurant recommendations for us which were all wonderful. The apartment is located just outside of the old town which was an easy 5 minute walk away. We loved the location as it was quiet and we were able to park our rental car nearby. The apartment was meticulously cleaned by the housekeeper, Olivia, who was so friendly. Whenever she saw us she greeted us with a smile and always asked us about how we were enjoying ourselves. Nothing was ever a bother for her and she had no hesitation in replacing wet beach towels, offering us a beach umbrella and providing an iron and ironing board. The apartment was very secure with the door to the building only accessible by a code. The gyros shop under the building was very good too. We would have no hesitation staying here again. Highly recommended.

a short, but very pleasant stay in Chania

The communication was proactive, making sure to accommodate our needs - we found the couch already extended, with a nice comfy topper. The host, Maria, was extremely nice and helpful, providing guidance on parking spaces, restaurants and things to enjoy while in the city. The apartment is located in the old city center, very close to the harbour, with lots of restaurants and stores near by

The host and apartment were amazing. Maria was very attentive, constantly checking in to see if we needed anything and offering great recommendations. We really enjoyed Chania and will definitely be back! The apartment was clean, spacious, and perfectly located. The host pre-booked us a taxi from the airport and a wine and olive oil day excursion which I highly recommend!

Great place for downtown chania

The place was spacious, clean and the beds were very comfortable. The host was very friendly and clear on instructions. Very central appartment, it was easy to move anywhere we wanted. Truly pet friendly, our dog loved it too!

the host and staff were amazing and available 24/7, accommodated us with early check in and luggage storage. they checked in with us daily. the balcony off the room was amazing, we watched the neighborhood below while we sipped coffee and wine. water pressure in shower fantastic. Old Venetian Harbor , restaurants and shopping 1 min walk, bike stop to rent E-bikes, a mini market and pharmacy for miscellaneous needs just outside door, 10 min walk to bus station and a fantastic beach... it was LOVELY !!!!

Stay here if you want a good location and value

This was first time using hotel without lobby reception. But it worked out well, Maria was great and in constant communication, even giving restaurant recommendations. She arranged taxi service to and from hotel. We loved the spacious room, having the microwave, tea kettle and fridge. Nice touches like the bathroom shelves. And a bottle of wine upon arrival. Also the terrace was wonderful. Sat outside each morning with our tea and coffee. It was in a great location.

An elevator would have been nice to not have to drag our luggage up all those stairs, but not a deal breaker. The bed was not as comfy as I had hoped, but it was adequate.

Super comfortable, luxury accommodation- relaxing place to stay which is still close to the restaurants and cafes.

Great location - very comfortable bed and great terrace to relax on. Great to have beach towels provided and a lovely bottle of wine. Special mention to the beautiful Olivia who made sure our room was spotless and did it with a huge smile.

Amazing views and comfortable stay.

The property was just in the heart of the old town. It was a small walk from all of the nice restaurants and shopping areas. Everything was so clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. Our host Maria was amazing!! I cannot rave about her enough. She was so kind and even provided us with a bottle of local wine! She assisted us with plenty of recommendations of places to eat or go to along with booking taxis for us as needed. She made the stay 100x better for us. This is definitely the place to stay if you’re coming to Chania!

Amazing accommodation and location. You are in the middle of the old town and just 2 minutes walk from the port. Maria was very helpful with all we needed for our stay . Excellent, clean, and warm environment. Cleaner was coming every day . I will be back there in the future.

A perfect fit

We liked it all. We had an extremely warm welcome from our host Maria, who could not have been more helpful. The apartment was excellent, spacious and well appointed. It benefited from a large roof terrace with views towards the old town and harbour. Nival is well located, within easy reach of the waterfront and the amenities of the old town.

There was nothing we didn’t like. It fulfilled our requirements perfectly.

Location was very central to old port, restaurants and town. The place was very clean. Olivia the cleaner made us feel at home. The bed was very comfortable. The little kitchenette was handy for preparing breakfast.

location was excellent, property was super-clean and as photographed. There is no elevator for this property and I was on the second floor, so hauling luggage was slightly inconvenient. That said, totally worth the haul for the outdoor patio which was large, spacious, and “breezy”
