An absolutely wonderful stay! The apartment is beautiful, with a brand-new and stylish interior, spacious rooms, and a stunning bathroom. The location is perfect – right in the city centre, with a bus stop nearby and excellent bus connections, making it very easy to get around. Some of the most beautiful beaches not only in Crete, but in all of Greece, are easily accessible by bus from here. The area itself also has everything you could wish for – great cafés serving amazing breakfasts, plenty of shops, and lovely traditional tavernas where you can enjoy fantastic dinners. And the fact that the owner is such an amazing person is truly the cherry on top! He was incredibly kind, helpful and always willing to assist us with anything we needed or give us great advice. He even has beach and sand toys in the apartment that families with small children can borrow – he simply asks that they are returned afterwards so that other little guests can enjoy them too. We thought this was such a lovely and thoughtful idea, especially when travelling with children. He even took care of our little daughter’s doll 🙂 – such a sweet gesture that made our stay even more special. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommended – definitely 10/10! We would happily come back again.
