Местоположението на апартамента е горе долу на 30 минути пеш от центъра на Ханиа. Апартаментът е нов, но направен с доста евтини материали.
Тоалетната чиния вече се разпада, шумна зона. В съседната сграда тече бурен ремонт още от 09:00 ч. сутринта. На вторият етаж лаещи кучета през цялото време, дограмата от евтин материал и не изолира шума от улицата.

The property was clean and modern and was located 20 mins walk from the centre of town.
The communication with the staff/owners was extremely poor and detracted somewhat from the lovely apartment.Realising rour arrival into Chania was going to be very late at night we had emailed and called the owner 36 hours prior to
ask about proximity of apartment to bus station and taxis but got no response. Once we eventually got to the apartment by taxi there was no wifi so we had to resort to using our own data.
We contacted the property manager and were
advised he would contact the owner and get and get wifi up and running in the morning. No one contacted us at all regarding either of our queries and after 36 hours we subsequently discovered the wifi router disconnected and put away on a shelf!!
