I like when the host meets us personally, to ensure check in goes smoothly, provide recommendations and to answer any questions. There was a cat odour in one of the bedrooms. They delivered a cleaning spray for us to use. This could have been checked and avoided with a personalized check in.

It was perfect

It was perfect. The apartment is very modern, very well equipped, it has washing machine for clothes, for dishes, air conditioning, oven and electric stove, also the owner offered us laundry detergent and dishes detergent. The furniture and devices are high end and very modern. Also we enjoyed the back terrace where there were 4 confortable seats with a little table. Also it is a plus to have 2 modern bathrooms when it’s a group of 4 people. Our staying was very very nice and I highly recommend this accomodation. The owner answers very quick at the messages.

The owner can provide towel holders in the bathrooms.

A relaxing stay at a modern and clean place! Super host!

Very clean, spacious rooms, elegant modern design, makes you feel good and helps you relax. The host was super friendly and replied to every request instantly. Gave us a generous late check out and wished us goodbye with four delicious, fresh bougatsa! We were delighted!

The surrounding area does not match this wonderful apartment, but this has nothing to do with the host.

I would definitely return.

Absolutely everything. The bed was super comfortable, everything was clean. The shower is amazing, you have a big terrace. It has everything you might need (wet wipes, laundry detergent, extra towels and much more). We also got some snacks, water, yogurt, juice which was very kind. All in all i definitely recommend a stay here.

A fabulous stay in beautiful Chania.

The apartment was perfect. It was spotlessly clean and so comfortable. Everything we needed was there including sun cream, toiletries and washing powder.

It was a 20 minute walk to the harbour and old town. This didn’t worry us as we love walking but for some people they may need a car to stay here

Fantastic Flat/House

Very nice studio flat - felt like a little house because of the private entrance through the garden/terrrace. Very well appointed/designed - it felt spacious. Very clean. Plenty of extra towels, toilet paper. Plenty of place for clothes. Had a lot of kitchen utentils - I loved the citrus squeezer (and the oranges and lemons left as a gift). Bed was comfortable. And the outdoor area/terrace was fantastic - huge and very sheltered/private. I liked the location - a very quiet residential area with a rural feel to it - geese and hens in a garden nearby. About 1 km to the bus station, a little further to the 'tourist'/central area of town. No traffic noise, no neighbour noise (except for the geese and a rooster) - I slept well with the window open. Very good contact with owner/manager, always replying fast. Easy self check-in, check-out. Nice welcome gifts and owner came by with some very good local cheese pastry cakes - it all made me feel very welcome.

If you are coming from the bus station in the evening and have luggage, I suggest a taxi - the lighting on the roads are not very bright and the pavement is not easily navigated with luggage mainly because of trees.

Good location. A local market on Weds a few streets away was excellent, too. Very clean and all facility you need. Nice outside space to have meals. Lovely snowy mountain view, too. Owner very accomodating for us arriving early by Ferry. Washing machine was very handy to have. Nice samples of food was appreciated, too.

We really enjoyed our stay and we absolutely recommended it.

The apartment is really great. Is the same as on the pictures. It has absolutely everything you need (hair dryer, iron, washing machine, beach umbrella, soap, Netflix) and fully equipped kitchen (salt, oil, vinegar, pepper, coffee, sugar, tea). Outdoor space is really beautiful. There is also parking spot right in front of the entrance. Because of the position of the apartment you can also use Wolt. The host is very friendly and welcoming. We really enjoyed our stay and we absolutely recommended it. It really deserves a good review.

Exceptional

We especially liked these things: • The apartment forniture is nice and modern. • The host is really kind and helpful. She even took us some delicious (and enormous) sweets and fresh grapes. • The shower is spacious. • Quality soap and shampoo are provided, in normal size packaging (I personally prefer them instead of the small "hotel sized" ones). • Free parking near the house. • There's a little courtyard with a table (perfect for breakfast) and two deck chairs. • The neighborhood is nice and seems safe. You need to walk about 20 minutes to arrive to the center.

There isn't anything in particolar we didn't like; just a personal preference about the pillows: they were pretty thick, but we like thinner ones. Another little thing: the WiFi router turn off when you go away, and it takes about 15 minutes to turn on. I would exclude it from the automatic shutdown.

Exceptional

It's a beautiful accommodation and exceeded my expectations. The host was kind and responsive. She allowed me to check in earlier and check out later, which was extremely helpful during my trip. The room is clean, big in size and looks exactly as in the pictures and even better. A lot of things were provided like coffee capsules for the coffee machine, detergents for the laundry machine, and some local sweets in the fridge as well Chrisoula brought some local sweets for me as a welcome gift which was a very lovely touch. The terrace was beautiful and with cute lights during the evening. The location is a bit far away if you are walking like me, but not critical, 20 min to the old city. With a car just perfect!

The room door locks itself so it is a bit dangerous to go to the terrace without the keys, and once you take the keys out the internet is off and conditioning as well.

Awesome place to discover Chania and the natural wonders around. Above expectations.

You can rent that place eyes closed. From the moment you arrive until your departure, you can feel the respect and care the owner is showing you. All amenities are superb. The comfort level is really exceeding what you usually find in rentals. Bed is great, washing machine is super fast, great shower, A/C in the room, lots of space to pack your stuff, treats in fridge upon arrival, Nescafe pods coffee machine with a few pods to start your stay... Great deck as well. We did not see the hosts but they are super responsive if you have any question. They also prepared the apartment ahead of check in time and we were able to move in a few hours early! The place is close enough to Chania's old city (20 minutes walk) and far enough to be in a very quiet spot and very easy to park... a very good starting point to explore Balos or Seitan beaches.

Not being welcomed in person is fine, but the lack of 'house rules book' means you have to figure some things out for yourself, like wifi password (under the modem) and hot water and washing machine turned off on the electrical panel... The fact that you need your keys to turn on electriciy in the appartment means you can't leave while the washing machine is in a cycle, it will cut the power and stop the wash. Also means the wifi stops working and only boots up when you insert the key (booting could take up to 1/2 an hour sometimes, not sure the modem will survive the on/off cycle as it mimics power outages). Little things, easily fixable (maybe keep some circuits off the card key system).

Exceptionnel

We had a very good stay in this studio, which was very clean and well equipped : nice kitchen (with cooking plate, frying pan, saucepan, plates, cleaning stuffs etc.), air conditionning, confortable bed and big shower. There is also a very good terrace with deck chairs and table. It is a 20 minute walk from the city centre. There are free parking in front of the house. The host is very kind and full of little touches that will make your stay even more pleasant.

Мы путешествовали по Криту семьей и это лучшие апартаменты за наше путешествие. Было неограниченное количество стиральных капсул. Прекрасный задний дворик. Частная стоянка для автомобиля возле главного входа в апартаменты. На столе был комплимент от владельцев, бутылка игристого вина и круассаны, а также капсулы для кофемашины.

Road trip di Creta: ottima scelta questo alloggio

Parcheggio comodissimo e gratuito di fronte all'ingresso. Materasso molto comodo, box doccia grande e pratico e arredo moderno. Una salvezza la lavatrice per una vacanza dove spesso siamo andati al mare e molto apprezzato il fatto di avere già i prodotti per il lavaggio a disposizione. Non ci è mancato nulla durante il soggiorno. Chrisoula ha sempre risposto in tempi brevi e con cortesia ad ogni nostra richiesta e avendola conosciuta direi che le si legge negli occhi quanto ci tenga! Una menzione particolare va a Chania: non la città, è il nomignolo che abbiamo appioppato a un gattino meraviglioso che tutte le sere ci veniva a trovare in giardino. Ama le coccole e giocare. Mi auguro davvero che appartenga a qualcuno che se ne prenda cura, ne abbiamo molta nostalgia!

Sarebbe stato comodo avere un microonde. L'appartamento ha spazi molto ridotti all'interno.

Stupenda!

L'appartamento è favoloso, moderno, arredato di buon gusto. Letti e cuscini comodissimi. Non manca nulla, dagli attrezzi da cucina ai condimenti (olio, sale, ecc). Non ci ha accolto nessuno, abbiamo ricevuto tutte le indicazioni in chat con disponibilità e gentilezza (ad es. abbiamo richiesto una seconda chiave perché eravamo due coppie e ci sono state portate subito). Per quanto riguarda la posizione è tranquillissima e comoda, si parcheggia proprio davanti la casa, e in 20min a piedi si arriva in centro senza problemi.

Non c'è qualcosa che non ci sia piaciuto. Lasciamo solo un consiglio: aggiungere degli appendini per gli asciugamani in bagno.

La chicca di Chania

Chrisoula è un host molto disponibile e gentile. Ad ogni nostro dubbio o domanda ci ha sempre risposto ed è stata presente. Ci ha fatto trovare al nostro arrivo qualche dolcetto tipico del posto e dell'acqua in frigo. L'appartamento è una chicca, dotato di tutti i confort e arredato con gusto. Anche la parte esterna è molto carina con tavolo verandato e lettini. La casa è a 20 minuti a piedi dal centro e si trova parcheggio gratuito facilmente.
