Location was fantastic. Very easy to walk a ton of surrounding restaurants as well as the harbor. Beds were comfortable and everything was clean. Roof patio was very nice.
We arrived later at night so finding rental car parking was a challenge. The Moat Theater parking lot turned out to be the most reliable location after receiving a ticket the first night for parking on the street. Would have liked to have had more towels available for a family of 5.

The location was perfect - quiet street in the historic centre, there was very nice rooftop terrace, the beds were comfortable & the furnishing was very nice. The instructions before arrival were quite good. We needed to communicate few times with ladies from the managing company and they were quite polite and helpful both on the phone and via messages.
Besides this the house is not very comfortable for 6-7 people since the rooms are quite small as is the common area inside the house. The managing company sent us the same automatic (maybe) messages multiple times with questions about our checkout time & personal details, although I had provided these days before our arrival. This became a bit annoying after the second message. Also before we arrived I got weird telephone call from a guy who shouted that there should not be party in the house (repeating it multiple times as well), who supposedly was the owner of the house (nothing else could be understood from what he said).
