The Villa Malaxa is a fully renovated traditional stone villa, built with unique architecture and design which is fully harmonized with the environment
The total area is 260 m2 and is built on two levels. It consists of ground floor 170m2 surface and A surface floor 90m2.
The ground floor consists of a fully equipped kitchen, living room and dining room, WC with bath and 2 large bedrooms.
The first floor consists of 2 living rooms, bedroom and WC.
It features 2 outdoor surface terraces 50m2 and 15m2 which have unobstructed views across the city of Chania.
The villa has exterior surface of 1,700 m2, has an outside jacuzzi for 8 people, swimming pool 40m2, barbecue, 4 pergolas that are home to 2 living rooms and 2 outdoor dining areas.
Guests of the terraces and the living room of the villas, are from the east panoramic view of the city of Chania, and from the west overlook the mountains of the White Mountains.

Amazing experience, host was first class and had welcome package of food and drinks, property has stunning views from up high in the mountain over chania. Easy to get to and access to the mountain must see spots on your doorstep. Internet access was always good. The pool was amazing size and outdoor areas were well maintained. Value for money

Yes, host was very accommodating. Met us there and gave us the rundown. I wouldn't change my rating for it but best to know that it is a long drive on winding mountain roads to get there. Once there though the place is quite unique and roomy. Definitely feel you are on a mountainous hillside in Crete - cats, goats donkeys and all!

No heating option available for common areas since controls not provided bedrooms did have heating and cooling equipment Outside pool and hot tub not available due to weather and they are not heated other then by the sunThere is a washer but no dryer as advertised Beautiful sea and mountains views Location is a challenging drive and not close to stores or restaurants Host were present when we arrived and tried to do their best to make our stay enjoyable but weather presented a challenge with the outdoor areas so they were unavailable to use
