This was our second time staying at this hotel and it was wonderful. The property is beautiful; the rooms are quaint and charming and full of character. The staff couldn't have been kinder or more helpful.
If we had any disappointment, it was with the food. The breakfast has significantly changed from 10 years ago, and though it was fine, it was very basic and it wasn't like it used to be. We did have dinner there one night and I would rate it as a 7/10. There are plenty of good restaurants within 10k, so finding good places to eat is not an issue. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel, and we will be staying there again.

Bar is very quiet. It should be part of supper pre-drinks or order food in bar to make it part of hotel

Setting in small quiet village, historical buildings, helpful friendly staff, convenient for channel ferries, high quality restaurant on site, basically everything.

We were upgraded and our room was beautiful. Bed was very comfortable. Evening meal was excellent. We had a wonderful stay.
