Relaxing, would stay again

Firstly lovely quiet location. On site parking for at least7 cars, needed in busy Llandudno.Breakfast was really good, it was a choice of 9 cereals fresh fruit juice,yoghurt,3 types of fresh fruit,toast & jams, homemade cakes and lovely shop bought pan au chocolate, tea & coffee refills. Excellent, set us up for the day. Location was perfect for town & beach & Haulfryn Garden walk on the Great Orme

This was a lovely, enjoyable and relaxing break.

The location was brilliant as it's very close to the town centre but still far away enough that it feels quiet. We also found the room to be very comfortable.

Pleasant, comfortable stay with panoramic views. Good local facilities.

Location. Short walk to funicular for Great Orme. Panoramic views from the spacious room. Very comfortable bed. Fridge, TV and iron. Tastefully decorated. Very good cold breakfast choices plus hot toast. Very quiet with no noise inside or out. Alternative on-road parking was usually not an issue. Major stores are a short drive away (M&S, Boots etc.) with ample free 2hr parking.

Very steep access to the house being problematic for older guests. Parking tight and constant issue with lazy guests' parking taking two spaces. Half hour window only for breakfast. Bathroom could have been cleaner. Walking into town is ok for the fitter but be aware of long, steep return.

Location is great only a short walk to the town centre and to the sea front. The room was very nice and comfortable

Seffton court stay

Very comfortable room with lovely 😍 views nice and clean breakfast was a continental would have preferred cooked breakfast but was ok parking at hotel was good all in all lovely place and would stop again

More negatives than pluses.

Breakfast - we were aware that it was continental breakfast, which was disappointing in itself, but some reviews said it was excellent. In my view it didn't warrent excellent - there was only one choice of juice, and that was orange, if the cakes/croissants ran out, they were not replenished. The time slot of 9 until 9.30, is too late and not long enough. The bathroom had a damp smell to it and the hand basin plug didn't work - the water kept running out almost as quick as you were filling it. There was a note saying the rooms wouldn't be made up and that if you wanted a change of towels, then you had to leave them outside of the room! We were there 3 nights, so not sure how long you would have to be there to warrent your room being cleaned! For £90+ per night, I think you are entitled to expect a little more for your money.

Won’t be our first choice again

The breakfast was so so, could bigger choice of fruit, brown bread for toast would have been nice, second morning wasn’t asked if we would like more toast, the bedroom was only surface clean, top of headboard, towel radiator dusty as was the top of pictures and wardrobe. The smell in entrance could have been welcoming, Would have also been nice to have been welcomed better instead of I can’t be everywhere.

Well situated with easy access to Llandudno centre by foot, off-road parking, large clean rooms with comfortable bed. Breakfast was continental style with plenty of choice: yoghurt fruit pastries toast cereal tea coffee juice etc. Rooms on upper floors give excellent views across Llandudno. Friendly helpful staff.

Short and sweet stay would book again ❤️❤️

We had a great stay at Sefton Court, lovely welcome from Norma. Room was modern,bed was comfortable and quality bedding. Nice location close enough to the centre good parking. Breakfast was complimentary and was great to start our day off. Didn’t catch the ladies name who did the breakfast but she was lovely and a credit to Sefton Court. We would book again thank you.

A lovely stay

The bed was sooo comfy, a really decent mattress, great sleep. The room was very clean, and the facilities we wanted. We were in room 6. Lovely views, nice chairs to use too, to appreciate the views. A 10 min walk from town, so a great location Home made cake in the room was a delicious welcome gift.

Breakfast was a cold buffet, a member of the team did bring tea and toast, I forgot to say I was dairy free. So I was limited on choice. Time was also limited to 30 mins. Swift, but was sufficient. The hotel is at the top of a bank and has lots of steps. Might be one to avoid if mobility is an issue.

By the odd niggle it was fine for what we needed.

Bed comfortable and room very quiet with good views from the small pothole window in the room. Liked the decor and fancy table lamps in the hallways.

Water took ages to get warm (Not Hot) in the bathroom, probably with being located on the top floor. Internet very poor. Breakfast was ok.

Llandudno by the sea

Lovely room with great views. Very clean, great position just 10 min walk to shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. Very near the tram station for a trip up the Orme. A few local sheep came for a feed on the hotel lawn which was surprisingly good

Llandudno was sunny and very clean. We enjoyed our stay.

Continental breakfast was good plenty on offer. The room was very clean and tidy and the hotel was charming.

The steps up from the car park were a little steep but these were described in the booking literature.

Loved my stay ,hotel just what I needed

It was well situated,in a quiet location ,with lovely views over the bay ,and ample parking at the property,the room was lovely and decorated to suit the style and age of the property,the continental breakfast was fine ,ample choice ,homemade treats ,tea coffee and toast

There’s nothing I didn’t like , it might not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues ,as there’s lots of steps and stairs to negotiate , but the location is worth it

Clean in all areas, breakfast was simple but lovely. Staff were very kind and welcoming. We were very comfortable here. Good location 5mins walk to bars and restaurants another 5 mins to the pier.
