When we arrived at the address and were looking for the entrance to the room, we tried to call the owner. On different pages of the booking printout there were different phone numbers - landline +33 1 88 33 41 84 and mobile +33 820 6903 94 , but both of these numbers did not answer when we tried to call on 01/07/2022 at about 8 pm.
When we checked in, we found that the room was very dirty, and we bought the necessary sanitary items from the store - sponges, soap, etc., and then we all evening washed the floor, kitchen and sanitary equipment of the room.
We also found that the room's wifi login indicated in booking.com did not exist, and the window was broken and constantly open, the room was very cold.
I wrote a letter to the owner at the address indicated in the booking printout - e-mail:
[email protected], letter dated 01/07/2022 at 21.44, that the specified wifi login does not exist, and the window is broken and constantly open, the room is very cold - but so far I have not received a response to this letter.
I also wrote the same message to the owner via booking.com.
In response to a message in booking.com, the owner sent a completely differents login and password (not the one that was previously reported by booking.com), as a result, we lost 2 days in Paris - we could not buy tickets to the Louvre or to the Versailles. It is very strange to us, why bookig.com stubbornly sends incorrect data about wifi when booking a room.
It is also even weirder that the owner told us that "tomorrow the master will come to fix the window", but from January 9 to 13, until our check-out, the master was not there, the window was constantly open and it was very cold.
Later we also found that 2 chairs have small cracks in their backs, and also we found hotel's wet bedding inside the washing machine. It was full out! It could have rot something, so I hung it on gaming table at the basement floor!
